Here’s a new fantasy football game which is different than any other interestingly called “My Little Nuts”. The French version has 450,000 players and their app is #1 for sports in France. It’s now available for the English premier league
A new fantasy football game – my little nuts
Basic concept
I’m partnering with a new fantasy football game called My Little Nuts. In very simple terms it’s a blind auction draft game where you and a small group of friends bid for a minimum 18 players. You compete with league members in a weekly head to head contest scoring points by goals and through a number of other events such as the usual assists and clean sheets plus other more detailed stats such as tackles, passes, recoveries etc etc. These are then converted into virtual goals. There are 3 competitions, the premier league, La Liga and Ligue 1. The length of the contests can be anything from 1.5 to 4 months.

Here’s the rules and steps to take to get started
Create a league of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 players with your friends. You choose whether you play the English, Spanish or French league. Until your league is full you can’t pick your team. You have to pick normal or expert mode. Normal doesn’t allow any transfers of trades. Expert does.
A transfer window of a few days is then created where you bid for players in a blind auction. There are 3 auction rounds to get a minimum 18 players/ maximum 30 made up of 11 starters and 7 substitutes. minimum allocation: 2 goalkeepers, 6 defenders, 6 midfielders and 4 forwards. You can elect for the game to do your picks if desired.
You set your team up each week on the Friday before the weekends matches. There are various formations and points are scored through goals and numerous other stats such as assists and clean sheets plus other numerous more detailed stats such as tackles, passes, recoveries etc However you can change your or your opponent scoring through a limited number of limited bonuses available including automatic additional points for fielding defenders.
The 7 substitutes will replace non playing starters either by position guides or by your pre-nomination.
At the end of a gameweek there are a number of challenges automatically calculated by the game which result in the underlying stats being converted into virtual goals which decide who the ultimate winner of the weekly head to head is.
