Generally few injuries:
- Italy’s Candreva is out with an injury. RWB is expected to be Alessandro Florenzi.

The McDonalds format
Substitutions will be Juanfran in for Rami and Alli in for Ramsey. I’ll switch captain to Juanfran with Muller blanking
The Sun Dream Team
I have Italian defender Barzagli and Spanish defender Juanfran
With only 9 transfers I’m only replacing those players as they go out. Only Perisic is in that position at the moment. He’s a difficult transfer at the moment due to his value at £3.5m but I may transfer in Alli for him

I’ll probably bring in one striker depending on the lineup. That could be Kane or Morata
Some transfer options
Remember that there are no transfer options for the McDonalds format, just substitutions and captain changes. Telegraph (20 transfers in the knockout) and Sun (11 transfers in the knockout) you can bring in players between matches after the lineups (an hour before roughly) have been announced.
Also remember that different formats of the game classify different players in different positions
Defenders
- An English defender – say Smalling
- A Spanish defender – say Juanfran
Midfielders
- Alli (England)
Forwards
- Morata (Spain)
- An English striker depending on who starts – Kane, Sturridge or Vardy
