Here’s our Euro 2016 fantasy tips article as a preview for Friday July 1st, the 2nd day of the quarters. As usual we remind ourself of the fixture and team news, the FFGeek team plans and some player options plus their stats.

The fixture

Team news
Remember that there are no transfer options for the McDonalds format, just substitutions and captain changes. Telegraph (20 transfers in the knockout) and Sun (11 transfers in the knockout) you can bring in players between matches after the lineups (an hour before roughly) have been announced.
Wales – CB Ashley Williams is fit. Ben Davies, Aaron Ramsey, Neil Taylor and Sam Vokes are all one booking away from suspension
Belgium – Hazard is fit. LB/CB Vertonghen is out of the Euros with injury. Vermaelen is suspended

The McDonalds format
I have De Bruyne , Hazard and Meunier for tonights games
No Substitutions with the French players on the bench. Here’s the team after some last minute changes last night once the lineups were announced. I’ll probably go for De Bruyne as captain rather than Hazard as his minutes maybe curtailed if he has just been given as fit.
The Sun Dream Team
I have forwards in Bale and Lukaku. I’ll probably at least swap Juanfran for Meunier
With only 9 transfers I’m only replacing those players as they go out. Only Perisic and Juanfran are in that position at the moment. I’ll be putting Draxler in for Perisic I expect

A Belgian defender – say Meunier if you’re going for cheap and Alderweireld if you want an attacking option
