Remember that Sun Dream Team and Telegraph managers are able to wait for the lineups (an hour before kick off) to make transfers. The McDonalds format can make subs and captain changes until Kick off of the first game but no transfers now until after the round
- Hungary RB Fiola is out. Lang likely to play RB
- Portugal LB Guerreiro and midfielder Andre Gomes are both doubts
- Iceland Gunnarsson appears fit to start
- Austria CB Dragovic is available after suspension. Mid Junuzovic is a doubt again
- Italy GK Buffon is a doubt. Mid Candreva seems unlikely to start
- Ireland forward Walters is a doubt
- Sweden RB looks like he wont be fit to start
- Belgium CM Mousa Dembele is a fitness doubt
