Best attacking defender:  Terry £6.9m

Best budget defender:  Azpilicueta £5.7m

Potential for 3 clean sheets to the end of the season.

2.  Manchester City

Best attacking defender:  Kolarov £5.1m but with little gametime security.  Zabaleta and Kompany at £6.3m/£6.3m have potential with more security.

Best budget defender;  Kolarov £5.1m but with rotation with Clichy

Best attacking defender:  Evra £6.4m
Best Budget defender:  Smalling £4.6m   has gametime risk though due to Moyes tinkering/indecision. You would have to go for De Gea for any gametime security.

5.  Everton

Best attacking defender:  either Coleman £7.0m or Baines £7.5m.  Baines has pens and direct free kicks.

Best budget defender;  Distin £5.5m.  Stones at £4.2m could be an option if you really want to take a gametime  risk as Jagielka is fit.

Best attacking defender:  None really maybe Ward at £4.5m  Delaney at £4.4m is the bonus magnet
