FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE BEST FIXTURES GW19 – FIXTURE EASE SCHEDULE

So, here’s our fantasy premier league best fixtures GW19 article where we analyse the teams with the best 6 and 3 fixtures from GW19. The schedule ranks the teams in terms of easiness of their opponents from an attacking perspective. We also highlight the teams with the best fixtures and make some player suggestions with stats to help you make transfer decisions.

Essentially the team ranked 1 will have the best fixtures and the team ranked 20 will have the hardest fixtures.

Column 1 will focus on the attacking ease of the next 6 fixtures from this gameweek. That gives a rough time frame to look at as you never now how long it will be before you can get someone out of your team. However for a shorter perspective we’ve ranked the next 3 in column 2.

The 2nd schedule takes a longer term view. It analyses the next 6 fixtures also from gameweek 19 and gameweek 20.

The key teams are highlighted in grey

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

This week I’m going to continue to look at the teams with good short term fixtures and highlight the best attacking players. I’ll then look at their longer term fixture prospects

ARSENAL

It’s impossible to believe that the next 5 fixtures could be any better unless Hull was also thrown in there and they come after Chelsea anyway

There are 3 players to choose from in the attacking positions. £11.9m midfielder Sanchez who plays as a striker although was moved to the left in GW18 to accommodate Giroud.  Although he blanked he could have scored any amount of goals given the chances he had.  His Points Per Game (PPG) is 7.2.  Then there’s £7.9m RAM midfielder Walcott who’s PPG is 5.6.  He was left out of GW18 with a small injury but sounds like he’ll be fit for GW19.  Lastly CAM set piece specialist £9.6m Ozil who’s PPG is 4.9.

CRYSTAL PALACE

Crystal Palace have Arsenal next but after that the good fixtures go on and on until they meet Spurs in GW28. Thats some run.  Whether they have the fire power to do anything with it is another question.  There are 2 options at the moment.  The first is £7.7m forward Benteke who has a PPG of 4.1.  After his penalty miss against Watford in GW18 there’s some thought that he may lose penalty duties after Big Sam said he would review the position.  The other is option is £5.8m winger  midfielder Zaha who’s PPG is 4.5.  His issue is that he’s likely to go to AFCON although Big Sam, who seems to be commenting on everything possible, has said that he may try and persuade him otherwise.  The Arsenal game gives us breathing space on both matters

BOURNEMOUTH

Apart from Arsenal in GW20 it’s a good run of fixtures until GW24/25.  However if you’re going to do it now is the time with Swansea next or don’t bother

With Wilson not being a consistent starter and a sub magnet for Afobe then £5.1m mid Stanislas (5.3 PPG) is the only player to come close for me.  He has some set piece responsibility and could have pens if Wilson is off the pitch.  He’s just come back from an injury so his starting place for GW19 can’t be 100%

Hull (A)

Crystal Palace (H)
Everton (A)
Man City (H)

MAN UTD

Apart from Liverpool it’s a good run of fixtures until GW26 which is a good potential exit point

At the moment the main man is easily £11.6m forward Ibrahimovic with a 6.5 PPG. He’s in  great form, has great underlying stats and also has pens.

£8.9m mid Mkhitarayan could be if he becomes a starter and £8.3m mid Pogba was fantastic against Sunderland but he’s hardly been a regular returner

Middlesbrough (H)
West Ham (A)
Liverpool (H)
Stoke (A)
Hull (H)
Leicester (A)
Watford (H)
Man City (A)

SOUTHAMPTON

Pretty good fixtures until Arsenal in GW26.

With Austin injured, Tadic not establishing his place after injury and Redmond having lost form the player to look for is £6.3m FPL midfielder who started as a striker in GW17 and scored twice against neighbours Bournemouth Jay Rodriguez.  His PPG is distorted by sub appearances

West Brom (H)
Everton (A)
Burnley (A)
Leicester (H)
Swansea (A)
West Ham (H)
Sunderland (A)
Arsenal (H)

SUMMARY

A great week for fixtures here with Arsenal, Palace and Southampton satisfying the short and long term.  This makes Sanchez hard to ignore but there’s  more uncertainty over the Palace and Southampton picks

There’s nothing wrong with Man Utd’s fixtures and Ibrahimovic looks essential at the moment.  Bournemouth are really there for some fixtures on the back of Swansea next although picks all have some risk
