Fantasy Premier League, fixture ease schedule

Here’s our fantasy premier league best fixtures GW28 onwards article with the GW28 fixture ease schedule. We look at the teams with the best attacking fixtures from GW28 over 2 different gameweek periods.  Firstly up to the potential blank GW31 and secondly from GW28 up to the potential DGW34.  There’s also some attacking player suggestions with their basic stats and their upcoming fixtures.

FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE BEST FIXTURES GW28 ONWARDS – THE FIXTURE EASE SCHEDULE

FIXTURE EASE SCHEDULE

An introduction

Firstly you will find it easier to make positive use of this article if you’ve read my latest blanks and double gameweeks article.

This article makes 2 fixture assumptions.  Firstly that Spurs beat Rochdale in their replay and that Man City beat Wigan without the need for a replay.

The whole premise of blanks and double gameweeks is UEFA’s refusal to allow any games on when European fixtures are played midweek.  Everything assumes that continues.

The schedule explained

The order of the teams firstly is the best attacking fixtures for GW28-30.  That’s up until the potential blank GW31.  That way you can see which teams with fixtures in GW31 have the best lead in to the blank.  There’s a further column identifying which teams have fixtures in that gameweek 31

The next column shows the fixtures to the potential double gameweek 34 and a further column showing which teams would have a double gameweek fixture.  You’ll find that useful if you’re planning on free hitting in GW31 and or if you don’t have a 2nd wildcard and need to plan the transfer in of double gameweek players.

Player suggestions

This week I’m focusing on key GW31 teams and a couple of potential DGW34 teams

WBA

No one stands out from an attacking point of view. The gametime is all over the place as well.  Home to Huddersfield next is the time to roll the dice though unfortunately.

Huddersfield (H)
Watford (A)
Leicester (H)
Bournemouth (A)
Burnley (H)
Swansea (H)

Liverpool

The front 3 are easily the attacking options.

£10.4m Mid Salah is the obvious target and will be the captaincy favourite for GW31 by some margin.  22 goals and 9 assists in 24 starts plus 2 as sub backed up by great underlying stats says it all.

£9.2m forward Firmino has 12 goals and 7 assists in 23 starts and 3 as sub.  His underlying stats don’t really back these up and he is overperforming.  He has shown an ability to do this historically though

£9.3m Mid Mane is back in the frame after his Champions League hat trick.  17 starts and 2 as sub for 6 goals and 5 assists.

West Ham (H)
Newcastle (H)
Man Utd (A)
Watford (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)

Everton

There are 2 attacking options for me

£7.3m Mid Walcott.  An assist and 2 goals in the 4 games since he’s been there.  He’s always backed up his returns with good underlying stats as well.

£4.9m Fwd Niasse.  Seemingly in favour after Big Sam has expressed doubts about new striker Todsun’s adjustment to the PL.  Started the last 3 and it’s 2 goals and an assist including the sub appearance before that.  He is a risk if Tosun can be bought back in the frame.  Given the fee I’m sure Everton will be keen to integrate Tosun back into the squad

Watford (A)
Burnley (A)
Brighton (H)
Stoke (A)
Man City (H)
Liverpool (H)

Bournemouth

£6.0m Fwd Callum Wilson is the obvious target here.  4 goals and 2 assists in 9 matches since coming back into the side after injury.

£4.9m Mid Jordan Ibe is the cheapie Mid option who’s got a goal and 3 assists in his last 6  starts although his minutes recently have been a little sub interrupted.  His underlying stats are pretty ordinary but in the range for the price.  There is a reasonable amount of competition for the position.

£5.9m Mid Stanislas is on a good run for his last 4 games which has seen 2 goals and 2 assists.  His minutes haven’t been great though and he hasn’t got past 70 minutes in those last 3 games.

Newcastle (H)
Leicester (A)
Spurs (H)
West Brom (H)
Watford (A)
Crystal Palace (H)

Leicester

It’s the 2015/16 title winning duo back in the frame here.

£8.6m Mid Mahrez has 8 goals and 10 assists in his 23 starts plus 2 sub appearances.  His underlying stats don’t back that up but he has shown an ability to over perform.

A similar story in regards underlying stats for £8.6m Fwd  Jamie Vardy who has 13 goals plus 2 assists in 26 starts including penalty duties.

Stoke (H)
Bournemouth (H)
West Brom (A)
Blank GW31
Brighton (A)
Newcastle (H)

Spurs

I don’t think I need to say anything about £12.8m Fwd Harry Kane who has 23 goals and 1 assist in his 25 starts plus 1 sub appearance.  He also has pen duties

£8.9m Mid Dele Alli is the supposed  goal scoring midfielder but with only 5 goals and 10 assists in his 25 starts plus 5 sub appearances.  His underlying stats are good though and he really should have scored more.

£9.2m Mid Eriksen is the creative force although with a disappointing 7 assists to add to his 7 goals this season.  His underlying stats are ok and similar to other creators in De Bruyne and Ozil

Crystal Palace (A)
Huddersfield (H)
Bournemouth (A)
Blank GW31 assuming Spurs win FAC5 replay
Chelsea (A)
Stoke (A)
