FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE BEST FORWARDS GW10 – “ONES TO WATCH”

Fantasy Premier League, Player Rankings

Here’s our fantasy premier league best forwards GW10 article where we rank the choice of forwards as transfer targets for GW10. I’ve concentrated on a table of stats, plus some key comments on players and the fixtures for each player. Hopefully this will help you make you choice of transfers for GW10.

FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE BEST FORWARDS GW10 – “ONES TO WATCH”

Here’s the table of stats. It’s important you read the key to understand them. I have notionally ranked the players although there are enough stats for you to apply your own judgement. It’s important to understand that the ranking assesses them as a transfer target for this gameweek and beyond. So there is a weighting towards someone who is home to Burnley as opposed to someone away to Spurs. Obviously not the only factor but one.

Below that are some keys comments on the players

Key:

Pts Per Match: FPL Points per match
Consistency %: the % of games that a player gets a goal or assist
Fixt ease 6/3 games: The ease of the next 6 and 3 fixtures (6/3) coming up. The lower the better fixtures
Last 4 points: the number of returns and points from the last 4 FPL games
ICT PM: The ICT scores per match. These are taken from the FPL website and are there to represent the players underlying stats. I is influence, C creativity and T threat. The underlying stats that will reprsent the possibiltiy of a goal or assist
Anytime Goal Scorer Odds: The anytime goalscoring odds for the next match from 1 bookie. Its £’s return for £1 invested

KEY COMMENTS

Here’s a few key comments on players where there is something relevant to say:

The table is a ranking of transfer targets for GW10 and beyond. Some of the players with difficult fixtures such as Jermaine Defoe (home to Arsenal) and Rondon (Home to Man City) are excluded as I’m taking the view that there are better times to buy them. This is particularly if they are not in top 4 challenging sides. You may not agree with this view. I’m obviously trying to be consistent but there will be debates on some players

Costa is one yellow card away from a 1 game suspension and needs to avoid cards until the new year.

Aguero is ranked lower than top for the first time in a while as quite simply as some of his stats could be better

Those players with penalty duties. Aguero (should be) Deeney, Ibrahimovic, Benteke (maybe? after his miss), Wilson (maybe after some comments saying he let Stanislas take it a couple of weeks back)

Rashford is probably out of place given he is playing wide but he does have an excellent fixture

Some people also not there:

Sturridge due to gametime risk as well as Giroud, Hernandez and Janssen. Also Llorente and Baston for Swansea

Those players who appear to be under performing their underlying stats (as shown in the ICT scores)  and therefore could see a boost are:

Ibrahimovic, Benteke and Bony

Those who appear to be over performing their underlying stats and therefore may see returns go backwards are:

Austin and Wilson
