Fantasy premier league best forwards GW35 – “ones to watch”

Fantasy Premier League, Player Rankings

Here’s my fantasy premier league best forwards GW35 “ones to watch” article. I’ve  based it around a table of key stats to make it easier to follow.  I’ve put a key at the bottom of the table to show what each column represents although they are in the main the previous stats.  Below the table I’ve shown the  fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season for each player.  It’s important you read the commentary to understand any gametime or other issues which may affect your selection.

KEY

1.  Rank.  My order of the players with the best at the top based on the stats

2.  Time per fantasy premier league point scored this year.  This is how many minutes it takes for a Barclays fantasy premier league point to be scored over the course of the season.  The lower the better obviously.

3.  Consistency:  The % of times that the player got a goal or assist   as a % of games played

4.  Last 5 points:  The total points scored in the last 5 games

5.  Last 5 returns:  The number of times that a player has got a goal or an assist in the last 5 games played

6.  Fixture ease ranking:  The link is at the bottom of the article but essentially I’ve ranked all the teams by the ease of the first 6 fixtures.  The team with the best ranking ie 1 will have the easiest next fixtures of any of the fantasy premier league teams over the next 6 games.

7.  I’ve also added how many of the top 10 fantasy premier league managers I’ve followed.

1.  Suarez

Another game another return.  The most  consistent performer who always has goals and assists in him.  The default captain in non DGWs

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Norwich (A)
Chelsea (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)

2.  Rooney

Looks like he should return to the team against Everton although histoiry shows you can’t believe anything that comes out of Old Trafford regarding fitness.   A must have though if injury free for GW36 home to Norwich  and DGW37

DGW37

Fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:

Everton (A)
Norwich (H)
Sunderland (H)  DGW37
Hull City (H)  DGW37
Southampton (A)

3.  Aguero

Yet to get to 60 minutes coming back from injury although did start against Sunderland after being on the subs bench against Liverpool.  Apart from the assist though against Subderland it was a pretty quiet DGW.  However you can’t ignore his class and his returns are actually slightly better per minute than Suarez.  Should have pens.

DGW37

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
West Brom (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

4.  Dzeko

Started against Liverpool but on the bench against Sunderland in DGW34.  However a pretty uninspiring performance from Negredo should keep him ahead as Pellegrini can obviously take no selection chances now.  Still no test yet as to whether City will play 2 strikers as Silva was injured for the 2nd game.

DGW37

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
West Brom (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

5.  Lambert

Take the Cradiff game as a blip.  He had a bundle of chances as did Saints, it was just one of those games.  He’s now the  focus of the attack with the Rodriguez injury.  Also has pens and direct free kicks

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Aston Villa (A)
Everton (H)
Swansea (A)
Man Utd (H)

6.  Lukaku

A double gameweek disappointment with a double dose of 2 points for Lukaku.  Still one of the more consistent scorers but scoring not concentrated on lower placed opponents which would make him a viable captain option.  Difficult fixtures to the end of the season although that isn’t a particular disadvantage.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Man Utd (H)
Southampton (A)
Man City (H)
Hull City (A)

7.  Adebayor

Surprisingly blanked in the 3-3 draw against WBA although the stats weren’t that bad.  Has been reasonably consistent and certainly so for the price.   Fulham home next though is a good fixture

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Fulham (H)
Stoke City (A)
West Ham (A)
Aston Villa (H)

8.  Giroud

Back in the scoring mode and should continue to prosper with the fixtures easing.  With Arsenal going for 4th place their will be no letting up of effort anywhere in the team and games will have to be won.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Hull City (A)
Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)

9.  Odemwingie

A cheap option in good form if you want to invest in your midfield.  Good fixtures to go as well.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Cardiff City (A)
Tottenham (H)
Fulham (H)
West Brom (A)

10.  Jelavic

Returned in 4 games out of 12 since joining Hull.  Main attraction is the double gameweek and penalty duties if the recent miss doesn’t mean he’s had them removed.  Get’s a lot of shots but conversion leads alot to be desired.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Arsenal (H)
Fulham (A)
Aston Villa (A)  DGW37
Man Utd (A)  DGW37
Everton (H)

11.  Bony

A couple of games without a return shouldn’t put off what has been a promising finish to the season at a  good value.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Newcastle (A)
Aston Villa (H)
Southampton (H)
Sunderland (A)

12.  Rodallega

It seems a long time ago that Rodallega and NZogbia regularly saved Wigan from relegation.  With Fulham on a mission to do the impossible Rodallega is back in the team to do his bit with 2 goals in his last 2  games since getting back in the team

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Tottenham (A)
Hull City (H)
Stoke City (A)
Crystal Palace (H)
