FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE BEST FORWARDS GW8 – “ONES TO WATCH”
Here’s the table of stats. These are all 16/17 stats. It’s important you read the key to understand them. I have notionally ranked the players although there are enough stats for you to apply your own judgement. It’s important to understand that the ranking assesses them as a transfer target for this gameweek. So there is a weighting towards someone who is home to Burnley as opposed to someone away to Spurs. Obviously not the only factor but one.

Key:
Pts Per Match: FPL Points per match
Consistency %: the % of games that a player gets a goal or assist
Fixt ease 6/3 games: The ease of the next 6 and 3 fixtures (6/3) coming up. The lower the better fixtures
Last 4 points: the number of returns and points from the last 4 FPL games
ICT PM: The ICT scores per match. These are taken from the FPL website and are there to represent the players underlying stats. I is influence, C creativity and T threat. The underlying stats that will reprsent the possibiltiy of a goal or assist
Anytime Goal Scorer Odds: The anytime goalscoring odds for the next match from 1 bookie. Its £’s return for £1 invested
KEY COMMENTS
Here’s a few key comments on players where there is something relevant to say:
Aguero has been in the midst of an injury scare during the week but played all 90 mins in the 2nd WCQ game in South America. Will he start or will he play a decent amount of minutes given that they play Barca midweek in the Champions League. That is the crucial question
Lukaku also has had an injury scare but according to the excellent injury site physioroom he’s expected to play.
Austin’s ranking has been affected by substitute appearances which can distort the ranking negatively
