Sterling

Has everything going for him as a pick at the moment.  Great form, great fixtures and should play centrally behind 2 strikers.  However even if he doesn’t due to Sturridge’s injury he should play in a front 3.

If that wasn’t enough his ownership of 43% makes him a very risky person not to own as he will really affect your ranking if he scores and you don’t own him.  Was a little hit and miss against England but a great assist for the Welbeck goal

Next 6 fixtures

Aston Villa (H)
West Ham (A)
Everton (H)
West Brom (H)
QPR (A)
Hull (H)

Ramsey

Not great fixtures coming up thats for sure but in absolutely great form with 2 goals in his first 3 games.  Highest % ownership of any midfielder also makes him an essential player to own

Man City (H)
Aston Villa (A)
Spurs (H)
Chelsea (A)
Hull (H)
Sunderland (A)

Fabregas

Has started with a 100% return rate getting points in all 3 games.  Hasn’t scored yet though although has tried to get into the box and shoot more in the 2 games since he went shotless against Burnley.  No goals when Chelsea have scored 11 isn’t great though and you need to have faith he will turn it round.  However if you get it wrong with a  39% ownership you’ll pay with your ranking if you are wrong.  Swansea at home is not a great time to bet against him either

Swansea (H)
Man City (A)
Aston Villa (H)
Arsenal (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Man Utd (A)

Hazard

Hazard has started the season in his home and away Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde persona.  Anonymous away from home, absolutely deadly against Leicester at home.  Swansea at home could see more of the same and then it’s Villa after the City away game.  He does have a knock which needs monitoring.

Swansea (H)
Man City (A)
Aston Villa (H)
Arsenal (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Man Utd (A)

Sanchez

Hasn’t had the greatest of starts with only 1 assist in his first 3 games but has the class to overcome it.  Has been getting forward and getting shots in the box and creating chances for others so the promisse is there  The biggest negative is the next 4 fixtures and as you probably own Ramsey then a double up for Sanchez is a big call

Man City (H)
Aston Villa (A)
Spurs (H)
Chelsea (A)
Hull (H)
Sunderland (A)

Sigurdsson

Off to an absolute flyer with a goal and 4 assists to his name and a 100% return rate in his first 3 games.  Has a tricky game away to Chelsea next but fixtures not too bad after that.  Has very high ownership and not that expensive so a pretty essential purchase given his form.  However although the fixtures aren’t too bad after the Chelsea game they aren’t Burnley and WBA at home which has helped his flattering start.

Chelsea (A)
Southampton (H)
Sunderland (A)
Newcastle (H)
Stoke (A)
Leicester (H)

Gerrard

Just about to go into a series of very good fixtures and although Suarez isn’t there Liverpool have pace aplenty to continue giving Gerrard pens.  If you’re ever going to own him now is the time.

Next 6 fixtures

Aston Villa (H)
West Ham (A)
Everton (H)
West Brom (H)
QPR (A)
Hull (H)

Eriksen

Had a disastrous start with no returns at all so far.  However finished very strongly last year and has a good share of set pieces to help him back

Sunderland (A)
West Brom (H)
Arsenal (A)
Southampton (H)
Man City (A)
Newcastle (H)

Lamela

Has the talent but only showed it against QPR so far this season and has been pretty ordinary to say the least not getting anywhere enough shots in or even creating chances.  A big leap of faith on his talent to purchase him.  Home to WBA maybe the time to gamble if you’re planning on it

Sunderland (A)
West Brom (H)
Arsenal (A)
Southampton (H)
Man City (A)
Newcastle (H)

Di Maria

Mata has to be a doubt to even start with Falcao joining as  Rooney is probably the favourite to play behind the pair of them with Mata maybe being relegated to the bench. It’s hard to ignore 3 pretty juicy looking fixtures coming up.  Although he had a pretty mixed performance against Burnley like Sanchez has a heap of talent.  Scored 7 goals and 24 assists in 45 games last season in La Liga and the Champions league so can score and assist.  Did start in a fairly withdrawn position but was always looking to get forward so this may not be the inhibitor you would think

QPR (H)
Leicester (A)
West Ham (H)
Everton (H)
West Brom (A)
Chelsea (H)

Tadic

A player who only has an assist to show for his very commendable efforts at LM so far.  The purchase of new winger Mane could even see him move insde which would be even more helpful.

This is a fixture punt though as they really are excellent.  You’re banking on him getting the reward for some good performances which haven’t translated into goals or assists of any note just yet.

Newcastle (H)
Swansea (A)
QPR (H)
Spurs (A)
Sunderland (H)
Stoke (H)
