 KEY

1.  Rank.  My order of the players with the best at the top based on the stats

2.  Time per fantasy premier league point scored this year.  This is how many minutes it takes for a Barclays fantasy premier league point to be scored over the course of the season.  The lower the better obviously.

3.  Consistency:  The % of times that the player got a goal or assist   as a % of games played

4.  Last 5 points:  The total points scored in the last 5 games

5.  Last 5 returns:  The number of times that a player has got a goal or an assist in the last 5 games played

6.  Fixture ease ranking:  The link is at the bottom of the article but essentially I’ve ranked all the teams by the ease of the first 6 fixtures.  The team with the best ranking ie 1 will have the easiest next fixtures of any of the fantasy premier league teams over the next 6 games.

7.  I’ve also added how many of the top 10 fantasy premier league managers I’ve followed.

1.  YYT

There’s a big gametime health warning on this at the moment.  He’s back in training and the manager is hopeful he will be fit for the Palace game but it maybe better to buy him for DGW37 all being well rather than rush in straight away.  Pellegrini may give more away at Fridays press conference.  Will probably relinquish pens back to Aguero although with Aguero not yet completing 90 minutes (63 max so far since returning) then that means he could get them late in the game.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

2.  Eriksen

2 stunning free kicks got him 11 points against Fulham in his relentless continuation of his point scoring form.  55 points in 5 games

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Stoke City (A)
West Ham (A)
Aston Villa (H)

3.  Gerrard

No return away to Norwich.  Very consistent returner due to set pieces and pens.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Chelsea (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)

4. Ramsey

A goal and 2 assists and 16 points away to Hull in his first start since returning from injury showed how he can assist Arsenal in breaking down teams.  Also played 90 minutes.  Good fixtures next at home to Newcastle and WBA

Next fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:

Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)

5.  Mata

Very disappointing performance along with the team against Everton.  Will be interesting to see if Giggs continues to play him as a number 10 with Kagawa and Rooney able to play there.  Rooney would obviously mean another striker leading the line.  Hard to ignore for DGW37 though and with Norwich at home next

Fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:

Norwich (H)
Sunderland (H)  DGW37
Hull City (H)  DGW37
Southampton (A)

6.  Nasri

No return in the win against WBA but should be nailed on gametime wise with the Silva and Navas injuries.  Will also become the chief midfield creator.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

7.  Lallana

After a blank and a very quiet game against Villa it’s now 3 games with  no return.  He does need patience as has gone 4 games without a return 3 times this season only to return with excellent form.  The creative force of the Saints side.  Doesn’t have set pieces but relies on being high up the pitch and central positioning.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Everton (H)
Swansea (A)
Man Utd (H)

8.  Coutinho

Its now 2 goals and an assist in 4 games after looking like he couldn’t hit a barn door for most of the season.  Just coming into some form at the crucial time.  Questionable if you’re going for a Liverpool midfielder though why you wouldn’t go for Sterling who’s cheaper and more central
Chelsea (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)

9.  Ozil

Attacking output in terms of shots and creating chances was nil at Hull in his return but did link play well in his 60 minutes first time back.  Has favoured home form and looks an interesting pick with 2 good home games coming

Next fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:

Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)

10.  Cazorla

Has been disappointing return wise this season but has now returned 2 consecutive assists after blanking for 6 games.  Didn’t offer a goal threat but did create more chances than any other player in that game in the win at Hull.

Next fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:

Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)

11.  Johnson

Couldn’t have been any more invisible if he tried in his 60 odd minutes against Chelsea.  Even had Larsson taking corners to reduce that threat.  He is a huge leap of faith for the DGW37 given that he’s now 4 games without returning.
