As I said above there’s a table where I’ve ranked the players but there’s a load of stats to help you make your own decision.  There’s also a key below the table to explain the stats and then some narrative on the player plus the next 6 fixtures.

Sanchez

The Arsenal attacking midfielder has gone from being rest and rotation prone to the 2nd top point scoring midfielder in FPL and 2nd in points per game.  2 opportunist goals against Sunderland continuing the good form.  Has excellent underlying stats as well.  If you’re going to buy then home to Burnley is the time to do it

West Brom (A)
Southampton (H)
Stoke (A)

Sterling

Only 2 assists in 4 games have seen alot of selling of the Liverpool midfielder especially after the blank at home to Hull.  There’s no doubts the recent underlying stats have dropped off but they are still one of the best overall.  Certainly the loss of Sturridge won’t help his assists and the shot stats have also dropped off.  Away to Newcastle suddenly looks a little harder than it did a few weeks ago.  Certainly another blank could be a tipping point before the Chelsea game.

Crystal Palace (A)
Stoke (H)
Leicester (A)
Sunderland (H)

Fabregas

Another assist and a couple of bonus points for the Chelsea midfielder againt Man Utd keeps Mr Consistency ticking over the points.  Still very little shooting output but Chelsea’s scoring has seen him continuing his consistent returns.  If you don’t own him then now is the time to do it home to QPR.

QPR (H)
Liverpool (A)
West Brom (H)
Sunderland (A)
Spurs (H)
Newcastle (A)

Chadli

A blank at home to Newcastle and a deeper average position was not what was needed for those holding the Tottenham midfielder.  Still has excellent shooting stats even in recent games.  3 very good fixtures for those wanting to keep the faith

Aston Villa (A)
Stoke (H)
Hull (A)
Everton (H)
Chelsea (A)
Crystal Palace (H)

Hazard

With only 2 goals and 2 assists in the first 9 games and even more surprisingly only one 10 point plus haul in what has been a series of good fixtures is pretty perplexing for the Chelsea midfielder.  Certainly his points and underlying stats are nothing like last year.  However his talent can’t have vanished and if you’re going to gamble that the flat track at home bully is going to return then home to QPR and the good fixtures to come is the time to do it. However the attraction of Fabregas and an if ever fit Costa make him a difficult attraction.  Has pens.

Mane

We’ve only got 4 games of data to go on for the Southampton winger although we do have an impressive scoring and assist record albeit in the Austrian league to fall back on. 2 goals and an assist in only 4 games, one of which was a sub is a pretty impressive start.  It’s no fluke though as the underlying shooting aand creating chances stats are excellent.  Like any Southampton player the excellent fixtures are running out and about to drastically turn.  Has an injury which needs monitoring

Hull (A)
Leicester (H)
Aston Villa (A)
Man City (H)
Arsenal (A)
Man Utd (H)

Di Maria

An ordinary game against Chelsea plus a few tricky fixtures in the next 6 have seen some selling of the Man Utd winger.  The underlying shooting and creating chances stats have been excellent though and continued as such.  It’s just City and Arsenal in the next 3 which make him a target to sell.  Has a good share of set pieces.

Man City (A)
Crystal Palace (H)
Arsenal (A)
Hull (H)
Stoke (H)
Southampton (A)

Eriksen

After scoring in 2 consecutive games a blank againt Newcastle was an unpleasant surprise for the Spurs midfielder.  Has been anything but predictable this season and it’s about set pieces and good fixtures.

Aston Villa (A)
Stoke (H)
Hull (A)
Everton (H)
Chelsea (A)
Crystal Palace (H)

Siggy

Another high owned player who’s seen some selling on the basis of some incredibly tricky fixtures to come.  Has maintained a reasonable consistent return rate despite no underlying stats at all. Helped by a good central attacking position and a good understanding with Bony who’s now firing on all cylinders.

Everton (A)
Arsenal (H)
Man City (A)
Crystal Palace (H)
QPR (H)
West Ham (A)

Tadic

A player who’s points return is built around 1 stunning 23 point haul recently.  Great underlying stats even if consistency of returns could be better.  3 good fixtures before they turn

Hull (A)
Leicester (H)
Aston Villa (A)
Man City (H)
Arsenal (A)
Man Utd (H)
