Fantasy premier league best midielders GW35 midfielders over £6m. The article is based it around a table of key stats. I’ve put a key at the bottom of the table to show what each column represents although they are in the main the previous stats. Below the table I’ve shown the next fantasy premier league fixtures for each player to the end of the season and given a line or 2 on each. It’s worth reading the information on each player as they all have some quirk relating to gametime or such like.

KEY
1. Rank. My order of the players with the best at the top based on the stats
2. Time per fantasy premier league point scored this year. This is how many minutes it takes for a Barclays fantasy premier league point to be scored over the course of the season. The lower the better obviously.
3. Consistency: The % of times that the player got a goal or assist as a % of games played
4. Last 5 points: The total points scored in the last 5 games
5. Last 5 returns: The number of times that a player has got a goal or an assist in the last 5 games played
6. Fixture ease ranking: The link is at the bottom of the article but essentially I’ve ranked all the teams by the ease of the first 6 fixtures. The team with the best ranking ie 1 will have the easiest next fixtures of any of the fantasy premier league teams over the next 6 games.
7. I’ve also added how many of the top 10 fantasy premier league managers I’ve followed.
1. Silva
Didn’t play in the midweek DGW34 game which unfortunately was going to be a risk as carrying an ankle injury which needs rest. City looked a lot worse without him and 2 strikers meant they never controlled the game. That could assist him in retaining the position behind the striker as losing that is a potential hindrance on current form. At the time of writing he is expected to play in GW35. However news closer to the game needs to be assessed. The fact he didn’t play 2 games in DGW34 does cause risk to him playing both games in DGW3737

Aston Villa (H) DGW37
West Ham (H)
2. Eriksen
Incredibly 46 points in his last 5 games. In amazing form coming off the flank. Has the lions share of set pieces which also helps. Also has Fulham at home in the next game
Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Fulham (H)
Stoke City (A)
West Ham (A)
Aston Villa (H)
3. Gerrard
Again returned with an excellent corner for Skrtel providing the assist against City. If you strip out his first 5 games with no returns his consistency rate is 79%. Has been a revelation this season with Suarez, Sterling and Sturridge creating pens with pace and Skrtel scoring from free kicks and corners. Not looking like returning from open play at the moment due to deep position but set pieces and pens have kept the returns coming in. Coutinho dominating corners has been a negative though
Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Norwich (A)
Chelsea (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)
4. Nasri
No return against Liverpool but did score against Sunderland albeit rather fortuitously. Played 90 minutes in both games. Even the 2nd game when 2 strikers were on the pitch. Looking safer each week gametime wise and still has the ability to score as well as assist.

Aston Villa (H) DGW37
West Ham (H)
5. Ramsey
After playing over 100 minutes in the FA Cup semi he was only a sub in the West Ham game. Thats no surprise and in my mind doesn’t affect future gametime. He did produce an excellent assist though in that time. Last 5 don’t look that impressive but you cant ignore the early season form. That was fantastic and this plus good fixtures are the gamble that he can return to that level. With his ability to find space in a structured attack and his energy on the counter he will give Arsenal an edge it has been lacking

Hull City (A)
Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)
6. Mata
The injury of RVP has meant Rooney pushing forward and Mata taking a central attacking midfield “no 10” position. 31 points in his last 2 games is an unbelieveable return. However while last year he was recognised for having an amazing season this year has been anything but and he’s flattered to decieve. To have him you’ve got to believe the number 10 position and the good fixtures will see a continuing run of good returns. Certainly from GW36 on I think he’s very difficult to ignore. However, its the fixtures, the DGW, his history, his position, and the last 2 games that are doing it. Not really any consistent performances this season.

Sunderland (H) DGW37
Hull City (H) DGW37
Southampton (A)
7. Lallana
2 games no return but he does need patience as has gone 4 games without a return 3 times this season. The creative force of the Saints side. Doesn’t have set pieces but relies on being high up the pitch and central positioning.
Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Aston Villa (A)
Everton (H)
Swansea (A)
Man Utd (H)
8. Ozil
looking like he could return to action this weekend although given the time of the layoff that could be as a sub. That in itself makes him a gamble. However does have the ability to open up games as shown with 9 assists. 4 goals in 21 starts as an assist based player has been a reasonable return. Did go off the boil before injured and it depends on whether you think with the better fixtures he can recreate his early season form
Next fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:
Hull City (A)
Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)
9. Coutinho
A gamble on current form. Most of the time he looks like he couldn’t hit a barn door but 30 points in his last 5 games has given some evidence that he could be a viable option. Seems to have gotten over being a rotation with Sterling even though gametime still remains a risk. Has got some set piece involvement through corners which Liverpool are very effective in returning from.
Norwich (A)
Chelsea (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)
10. Johnson
Was a pretty underwhelming DGW with him amassing 3 points. Does have the ability to get big scores though. Has a good share of set pieces and was unlucky that John O’Shea couldn’t hit the proverbial barn door at Man City. A very big gamble though for the DGW given inconsistent displays. Difficult game next

11. Cazorla
The 3rd Arsenal player due to some reasonable fixtures. Cazorla has struggled to return this season even with some parts being the CAM. The assist against West Ham was his first return in 7 games. Youre gambling that the fixtures and his positioning will improve returns
