KEY

1.  Rank.  My order of the players with the best at the top based on the stats

2.  Time per fantasy premier league point scored this year.  This is how many minutes it takes for a Barclays fantasy premier league point to be scored over the course of the season.  The lower the better obviously.

3.  Consistency:  The % of times that the player got a goal or assist   as a % of games played

4.  Last 5 points:  The total points scored in the last 5 games

5.  Last 5 returns:  The number of times that a player has got a goal or an assist in the last 5 games played

6.  Fixture ease ranking:  The link is at the bottom of the article but essentially I’ve ranked all the teams by the ease of the first 6 fixtures.  The team with the best ranking ie 1 will have the easiest next fixtures of any of the fantasy premier league teams over the next 6 games.

7.  I’ve also added how many of the top 10 fantasy premier league managers I’ve followed.

1.  Aguero

3 games back and he’s only lasted 63 minutes maximum.  However it shows his ability that in that he’s got a goal and 2 assists. Will be a big draw for the DGW captain slot.  Palace is a hard fixture but he can score against anyone

DGW37

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

2.  Suarez

Continually returning although the points have been at a lower level in recent games.  A must have.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Chelsea (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)

3.  Rooney

Has some excellent fixtures coming up and will retain a good share of set pieces and pens.  Only question is whether he retians the most advanced forward position or changes to playing behind Welbeck or Hernandez

DGW37

Fantasy premier league gameweeks to the end of the season:

Norwich (H)
Sunderland (H)  DGW37
Hull City (H)  DGW37
Southampton (A)

4.  Podolski

Excellent finisher who has shown what he can do when finally getting a run in the team.  Started the last 4 games and has scored 4 goals and an assist.  Returned in 3 of those 4 games.  Excellent fixtures next.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)

5.  Bony

2 goals against Newcastle showed what again his finishing ability.  Also has pens.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Aston Villa (H)
Southampton (H)
Sunderland (A)

6.  Dzeko

3 games without a return is the bad news.  The good news is that Pellgegrini played 2 strikers even with Silva in the team against WBA.  It seems likely then that with Silva injured that Dzeko should return to the team given Negredo’s form and Jovetics lack of gametime.

DGW37

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Crystal Palace (A)
Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

7.  Vydra

A cheaper option with a DGW37 if you want to invest more in your midfield.  Striker who scored a load of goals for Watford in the Championship last season.  Finally getting a run in the team having started the last 4.  Has returned in 3 of those 4 games getting goal and 2 assists.  Not getting the full 90 minutes has been a drawback though. DGW37 includes Arsenal away unfortunately

West Ham (H)
Arsenal (A)  DGW37
Sunderland (A)  DGW37
Stoke City (H)

8.  Lukaku

It’s no surprise that Lukaku after 2 blanks in good DGW fixtures then returned against more difficult opposition (at least in theory).  Has been a reasonably consistent performer but has just failed when put in the captain spotlight this season.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Southampton (A)
Man City (H)
Hull City (A)

9.  Lambert

2 games without a return now but has bounCed back from a run of games without returning.  Has pens and direct free kicks

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Everton (H)
Swansea (A)
Man Utd (H)

10.  Giroud

Didn’t return against Hull and currently overshadowed by Podolski’s returns.  However 2 good home games make him a good bet for returns

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:

Newcastle (H)
West Brom (H)
Norwich (A)

11.  Odemwingie

A cheap option to allow midfield investment with reasonable form and good fixtures

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Tottenham (H)
Fulham (H)
West Brom (A)

12.  Rodallega

Didn’t return against Spurs but was unlucky.  Another cheap option if you want to invest in your midfield.

Fantasy premier league fixtures to the end of the season:
Hull City (H)
Stoke City (A)
Crystal Palace (H)
