Arsenal v Aston Villa

Arsenal have the 5th best underlying defensive stats  at home with 4 clean sheets but they’ve conceded  18 goals conceded in 13 games which is way worse than it should be for the underlying stats.  Arsenals error to goal ratio is terrible.

Aston Villa  have a middle of the table underlying attacking stats away and have scored 14 goals in 13 games which is roughly consstent with those stats.   Benteke is on fire at the moment

Aston Villa have the worst underlying defensive stats away apart from Reading with 1 clean sheet and they’ve conceded more goals than anyone with 31 goals in 13 sheets

Arsenal  the best underlying attacking stats at home  apart from Utd and have scored 33 goals in 13 games again the best apart from Utd.

Norwich v Everton

Norwich have conceded 14 goals in 13 games and have top 3rd  underlying defensive stats  at home but have excelled with with 6 clean sheets and only 14 goals conceded in 13 games which again is top 3rd

Everton  have a  top 3rd best underlying attacking stats away and have only scored 18 goals in 13 games which is consistent with those stats.

Away clean sheet  

Eveton have very strong away underlying defensive stats but have not turned these in to  clean sheets with only 2 and have also conceded a poor 16 goals in 13 games.

Norwich are one of the worst teams for underlying attacking stats at home  and have only scored 14 goals in 13 games which is poor as well.

QPR v Man Utd

QPR have  poor  underlying defensive stats  at home over the season but have improved lately and now have 4 clean sheets  conceding 19 goals which is consistent with the stats

Man Utd have the one of the best underlying stats away and have scored more than any other teamm with 28 goals in 13 games.

Away clean sheet  

Man Utd have one of the better underlying stats for away defence and have conceded 13 goals in 16 games which is consistent with those stats.

QPR have the worst home attack in underlying stats and goals having only scored 8 in 13 games

CLEAN SHEET PREDICTIONS

Away clean sheet:      Cant see QPR scoring but can see uUtd keeping them out with an improved defence.  Utd have the quality to score in my mind.
