Fantasy premier league – Fixture ease schedule – game week 18

Here’s my ranking of the ease of each clubs  next 6 fantasy premier league  fixtures from game week 18 onwards plus in the next columns how the next 6 fixtures will look like from  GW19 and GW20.  Now you can see the fantasy premier league  trends in fixtures coming up.

Its worth noting that its ore for the attacking ease as its difficult to cater for both goal potential and clean sheets in all cases.  For example playing Man Utd when your team is at home you do have a good chance of scoring so from an attacking perspective its not a bad game but fom a clean sheet perspective its a nightmare you virtually no chance of a clean sheet.

I’ve also included “captain planning” for the weeks ahead and The “don’t sell  this team” part  which follows my rule that you should never sell a player from a team which has an easy game next (obviously injury permitting)

Also when you buy and sell always look at actual fixtures as a common sense test.  A team may be ranked low on the fixture ease schedule because the last 4 of the 6 are hard but the next 2 could be Southampton and Reading so don’t sell at this point.

Fixture ease rank and trending

Fixture Ease ranking schedule for 6 games from GW18(Next game in brackets)
Team GW 19 next 6 GW20 next 6
1 WBA (Nor H) 9 10
2 West H  ( Eve H) 3 1
3 Totten  (Stok H) 8 6
4  Man U  (Swa A) 1 5
5 Swansea (Man U H) 6 11
6 Man C (Rdg  H) 11 15
7 A Villa(Che A) 2 4
8 Everton (Whm  A) 4 2
9 Liverpool (Ful H) 16 17
10 Newcastle(QPR H) 17 12
11 Chelsea (Avl H) 12 13
12 Reading (Mcy A) 5 3
13 Arsenal (Wig  A) 15 8
14 Wigan(Ars H) 14 9
15 Stoke( Tot A) 10 16
16 Fulham (Liv A) 7 14
17 Southampton  (Sun H) 20 20
18 QPR (New A) 18 18
19 Sunderland (South A) 13 7
20 Norwich (WBA A ) 19 19

So from this schedule the most compelling teams to have players for short and long term fixtures are:

Tottenham – Bale when fit, Defoe and Gallas

Man Utd –    RVP

Aston Villa – Benteke, Cark

West Ham – O’Brien, Nolan

Everton  – Jagielka, Jelavic, Osman

Captain planning

However having players to fill the captain slots is also important.  Here’s the fixtures that will probably make up our captain choice.  Obviously at the moment this ignores RVP who could get the armband permanently.  I’ve put Reading in every gameweek  so you can monitor who they are playing as they seem the juiciest opponents at the moment

Round 18

Chelsea V Villa

Manchester City V Reading

Round 19

Man Utd v Newcastle

Reading v Swansea

Round 20

Man Utd V WBA

Arsenal v Newcastle

Reading v West ham

Round 21
