These are just not the current top 10 but 10 managers who’ve been successful over the last 3 years. The 10 managers have never been outside the top 10k in the last 3 years (30 times playing FPL). The article is all about giving you another view point other than mine. Also the managers I have picked have been consistent showing they can adapt to different seasons.

I’ll give the FPL managers stats, their GW17 scores and then outline their teams and structure. The stats of the top 10 managers are incredible.
1. The overall average finishing position of the top 10 managers is 1,464
2. The top 10 FPL managers have not been out of the top 10k in the last 3 years (ie 30 times playing)
3. 9 of the 10 have finished in the top 1,000
4. 5 of the 10 managers have finished in the top 100
GW17 average score and rank
The average score of the managers in GW17 was 61 compared to the average of 59. Thats 2 points and 3% above the average. The high score of the 10 was 67. The low score was 52. A relatively low spread of 15 for the average. 10/10 had red arrows for a drop in overall rank.
The average overall rank of the top 10 FPL managers worsened again to to 458k from 360k last gameweek. The best rank is 71k and the lowest 1 million
If you’re interested my score was an average 62, one which gave me a huge move down the ranks to 815k from 697k. An decrease of rank of 118k . I remain ahead of 2 of the top 10 managers. I’m 100 points behind an overall rank of 71k.
The average team value
The average team value is down slightly to £105.4 from £105.6 m last week.

Moreno is owned by 9/10 FPL managers
Kolarov and McCarthy are in 7/10 of the FPL managers teams

There has been a return of teams with 4 midfielders and a £4.5m 5th mid. A small amount play with 5 proper mids.
There was a mixture of values of strikers
More and more players over £6.0m are outside the teams of Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool and Spurs.
