Here’s my 3 fantasy premier league gameweek 32 captain options:

Hazard away to Palace

Lukaku away to Fulham

Suarez home to Spurs

Hazard

In general Hazard is a player who can score big at any time but mostly reserves it against the lower teams at home.  His return consistency rate home or away is arounf the 50% mark.  Of the eight 10 point or more fantasy premier league point hauls this season he’s got 3 away so he’s not the total homer everyone thinks he is.  So while captaining him  you could get you a massive haul but it could also leave you with nothing.  It’s all about risk.

In his last 5 away games he’s scored at Hull and got 2 assists against Fulham.  He blanked in the other 3 of Villa City and WBA.

Palace have only conceded 3 goals in their last 5 home games.  Since Pulis has taken over against the European challenging teams they’ve only played United (not sure you can call them that any more) and conceded 2 fairly easily.

Not a straightforward fixture but Hazard is a special player.  It’s just whether he has a brilliant day or an ordinary day

Lukaku

Hasn’t really shone when the captain spotlight has been one him with the most recent failure being home to Cardiff.  2 goals and an 18 point haul over the DGW will improve his confidence and that of those thinking of him as a fantasy premier league gameweek 32 captain option

His record away has been a little hit and miss against the lower teams.  Returned against Newcastle, Villa and West Ham.  Didn’t against Palace Swansea and Stoke

He’s only had 3 fantasy premier league point hauls of 10 points or more and only 1 was away.  The last game at Newcastle

He has good opposition though, Fulham are the worst team at home conceding 39 goals.

He’s actually reasonably consistent despite what I’m saying.  His consistency return rate is up there with the 2nd pack behind Suarez Aguero and Sturridge. He doesn’t often score big and because he can return against any team he does sometimes miss out on the easier teams.  He does have the perfect opposition though while his confidence is high

Suarez

85% return consistency.  The best minutes per fantasy premier league point return of any player and 56 fantasy premier league points in his last 5 games including a 25 point haul over DGW31.  Opposition are irrelevant.

£1.61 – Rooney, Suarez

£1.91 – Sturridge

£2.00 – Welbeck, Torres, Lukaku

Hazard is £2.20

I’ve discounted Rooney and Welbeck due to nervousness over Uniteds Home form.  Sturridge is just a prefernce for Suarez but Sturridges consistency is just as good.  It would take alot for me to trust Torres with the armband

I’ve already chosen Suarez for my team
