- Home game against Villa is a good fixture for the form defence of the momen and he’s the only rotation proof player apart from the extremely expensive Evra

- Home to Stoke is one of your best chances of a clean sheet. Cesars not cheap and your alternatives are Samba for attacking threat and Onouha for value

- Not the best defence in fantasy premier league but maybe Di Canio can in still some steel in to the defence and if he can Cuellar is the best choice
- Demel

- Home to Wigan is always a chance for a clean sheet. Demel is best value and will bring the odd assist

- The Wigan defence is vastly underrated away from home and I’m sure big sam will be anxious not to lose so a 0-0 is a possibility in my view

- Home to Reading is a good chance for a clean sheet if Norwich can replicate their previous home form. Martin has been my player of choice in the defence but you cant ignore Turners recent goals

- Everton have produced good defensive stats but only now have they started to produce clean sheets. Sunderland without Fletcher and Wickham could struggle for goals. Distin is the best value in my view.

- Away to Fulham is a good fixture as Chelsea shows and in my mind Walcott is the best midfielder for Arsenal

- The best midfield bet for Norwich is consistently Snodgrass who also dominates set pieces. There should be goals in this game.

- Home to Saints even allowing for their improved defence is a good fixture. Michu is the number 1 shooting midfielder.

- I dont like doubling up on attacking players but Kagawa is worth a punt even if he did play both games. He’s had a fairly relaxed gametime schedule this year so should be in line for selection with Young out for the season.

- Even allowing for 2 blanks and Chelsea visiting Suarez will always be a threat.
