GAMEWEEK REVIEW
An ordinary week for the top 10 FPL managers. 7 of the 10 had red arrows.
The average score of the managers in GW32 was 70 compared to the average of 56. Thats 14 points and 25% above the average score. The high score of the 10 was 79. The low score was 56. A relatively low spread of 23 for a high scoring gameweek.
The average overall rank of the top 10 FPL managers saw a small improvement of rank to 102k compared to the last gameweek of 106k. An average rank improvement of 4k. The best rank is less than 100 and the lowest 398k. A couple of scores are distorting the average. If you calculated the median rank then that improved slightly to 35k compared to 37k last gameweek. An improvement of rank of 2k. At the moment 7 have overall ranks inside 100k. 2 are inside the top 10k.

I’m ahead of 4 of the top 10 managers. My team value is low in comparison at £102.3m. A slight improvement compared to the last gameweek at £102.2m. My total score is 1755 points.

The top 10k average score was 71 compared to the Top FPL managers of 70.
They have some big differences (30% difference is the benchmark) with the top 10k rank.

FOCUS ON 1 MANAGERS TEAM
Again we focus on the managers team who last season finished the highest of my then top 10 FPL managers ending up in 1,400th position. This manager is the closest thing to a fantasy football celebrity there is due to his consistent results so we’ll keep an eye on him.
Another ordinary week. Although he’s playing pretty defensively not to lose rank at present so he still has a 15k overall rank. A worsening of rank of 2k from the last gameweek of 13k. His total points are 1, 817 after a poor score of 67 this gameweek. Just to give you a bit of context his last 3 years overall rankings have been 1,450, 277 and 90.

Highest scorer
The highest scorer was 79. He’s now ranked around 398k and was the manager who played his wildcard above
Lowest scorer
A low score of 56 sees this manager fall to 180k overall. However, his last 3 years overall ranks were 9,575/ 197 and 3,138. This guy knows what he’s doing.
23 points difference. The differences are again common themes. Defence made up 12 of the points and 1 player, Lukaku made up 8.
