The 10 managers have never been outside the top 10,000 in the last 3 years. These articles give you another perspective apart from mine. They should also give you confidence if theyre holding or selling a player when you are.

First off all I’ll remind you of the new managers stats. Then we’ll look at team structure and then the transfers made to get an insight into their thinking. There’s also a team at the end to summarise the position. The managers continue on their mainly slow start but rest assured these guys have a consistent track record of success and things will improve
Top 10 FPL managers stats:
1. Their averaging finishing position over the last 3 years has been 2,353
2. The 10 FPL managers have never been outside the top 10,000 in the last 3 years. Thats 30 times playing
3. 5/10 have finished in the top 1,000 in the last 3 years
4. 4/10 have finished in the top 100 in the last 3 years
GW6 average score and rank
The GW6 average score was 44 against an average of 38 points. Thats 6 points and 16% higher
The top 10 FPL managers average rank at the moment is still quite low at £259,904 up from 281,223 last week. The highest is approximately 2,700 and the lowest £1.5m

The average team value is £102.5m up from £101.8m

Whether they played 5 or 4 midfielders they all played proper midfielders with a cheap reserve. No one played cheap rotating midfielders.
The forwards
2 teams only had 1 forward over £10m. Both of those had 2 mid priced forwards as well. eg Pelle or Welbeck
8 teams had 2 forwards over £10m. 6 had a mid priced forward as a 3rd. 2 had a cheap forward such as Naismith
