Here’s an imaginary fantasy premier league team solely picked for GW7, No other fixtures taken into account, just gameweek 7. Its also purely theoretical and costs too much to be a real team. The reasoning? Just to help you pick a player if you’re a little unsure who to pick. The chance of immediate points with someone from this team may sway you. Please excuse the fact that I’m only doing the briefest of comments. Some of the players are covered in previous articles this week in my “ones to watch” articles and defenders in my clean sheet article. By the way I wont pick 2 strikers or 2 midfielders or defenders from the same club which is why Sturridge and Suarez aren’t both in the team
Here’s the team then:

- Yes it is a Fulham defensive player. It could really only be against Stoke or West ham and indeed it is Stoke
- Cole
- £6.4
- Terry is the man of the moment goal threat but Cole is the guy who is guaranteed to start in my mind. Should be a good chance of a clean sheet
- Vidic
- £6.0
- No Fletcher gives a good chance for the United defence to re-establish itself with a clean sheet away to Sunderland
- Dawson
- £5.1
- Great defence so far this year and against a very poor West Ham attack gives it a real chance to continue its great clean sheet record
- Davies
- £4.5
- Good chance for back to back clean sheet with Villa coming without Benteke.
- Wilson
- £4.5
- Fulham have been poor upfront and Stoke although inconsistent still have the potential for a good defensive performance
- Michu
- £9.0
- Is an injury doubt but always a threat to score even against the Saints defence
- Oscar
- £8.7
- May not be the number 10 given Mata’s recent performances but always in the area getting forward and a chance for a goal
- Sigurdsson
- £7.2
- May have some gametime risk with Chadli back to fitness but its hard to see with Spurs struggling for goals that the source from midfield is likely to be benched
- Özil

- Good goal in midweek and this world class player is making his mark on fantasy premier league despite the skepticism I showed him due to the assist bonus position
- Moses

- When you’re home to Crystal Palace the player behind the striker has got to be an option
- Suárez

- Fantasy premier league gold and showed it again. Could run riot against Palace
- Eto’o
- £8.9
- Has had so many shots he has to score sometime and should start against a fairly erratic Norwich defence
- van Persie
- £13.9
- I still have faith even if no one else does. if any side can bring him back into favour its the 14 goal conceding Sunderland side
