Gameweek analysis

Here’s the   Fantasy premier league match analysis gameweek 29 – short form  – Reading v Aston Villa & WBA v Swansea

 Reading 1 Aston Villa 2

Reading opened with an OG assisted by Akpan but Villa won it with a goal from Benteke and Agbonlahor assisted by Weiman and Bannan who surprisingly started.  NZogbia who had been playing behind the striker recently was left on the bench.

Defensive stats:   Good stats from Villa not great from Reading but not very bad

Player shooting stats:    Benteke relatively easily. Agbonlahor and Le Fondre were the only others to register

Pen box touches:    Benteke with Weiman and Agbonlahor behind him

Chances created:   Only Benteke registered

Most advanced midfielders: HRK/McAnuff were level on each flank. Bannan but not very forward

Most involved players in attacking positions for each team:   Benteke and McAnuff

Benteke delivered as expected.  Le Fondre was a little disappointing as a starter.

 WBA 2 Swansea 1

A Lukaku goal and an OG assisted by McAuley and Dorrans gave WBA the win who scored with Moore assisted by De Guzman.  Lukaku could have been so much better off but missed a pen.

Defensive stats:  OKish stats from both better from WBA

Player shooting stats:    Lukaku folloed by Michu and Morrison

Pen box touches:   Lukaku and Michu

Chances created:    Lukaku and De Guzman

Most advanced midfielders:  Brunt and Michu

Most involved players in attacking positions for each team:   Pablo and Lukaku

Lukaku delivered although I chose Benteke over him due to fixtures.  Again stats are still in favour of Michu so patience is needed, again just a case of not getting things on target
