So no transfers this week. Here’s the team:
Transfers
I never really thought about a transfer this week, everyone in the team should be playing and with the capital one cup semis playing this week to determine the finalists, rolling over the transfer to have 2 gives some flexibility for transfers if they are going to postpone the finalists games to GW25.
Here’s the article I wrote a few weeks ago over the 2nd wildcard and the possible double gameweeks. I’ll update it after the Cap 1 finalists are known and when the postponed GW27 games are announced
So I’ll keep 2 transfers for some flexibility for the possibility for that gameweek.
The team selection
Again no selection issues for the attack with Surman as a makeweight 5th midfielder

Lets see how myself and the bookies ranked the defensive selection based on clean sheet ranking. Remember there are 3 places to pick. I’ve also ranked the GKs as McCarthy has to have some sort of potential to start given Hennessey’s mistakes

So unfortunately conflict here between myself and the bookies which essentially ends up in a choice between Leicester home to Newcastle and Arsenal home to Chelsea. With the bookies picking the clean sheets better than me at the moment I’ve gone for Leicester.

There will be a captain article but for the moment I’ve gone for Aguero with Lukaku as vice
