Fantasy Premier League

After our forward stats article here’s a repeat of our fantasy premier league stats article for midfielders in 15/16.  There’s a number of stats as a point of reference for choosing an initial team when the fantasy premier league site opens.

So here are the stats in a table with the key underneath. The players are ranked according to their season returns, consistency but crucially their form at the end of the season. That’s why someone like Tadic is ahead of Mahrez. I would use this as a starting point for next seasons appraisal rather than some player of the season ranking. There’s a key for the stats underneath the table. The one new stat is the minutes per goal and assist. This is a useful stat for comparing new players to the league as it strips out the FPL points and compares players on a basic level. The information looks quite daunting but use it as a look up rather than an overall table
