FFGeeks Ebook – a guide to fantasy premier league 2017/18

Fantasy Premier League

Before the new FPL site for 2017/18 is open I wanted to put out information which talked through some of the strategies that can be used in playing the fantasy premier league game without getting bogged down in individual players at this very early stage.  Rather than doing a number of different posts that would be hard to track I have put together an EBook so everything is in the 1 place.  The EBook is to be read in conjunction with the articles on the website over pre-season and the course of the upcoming season which aim to bring the strategies to life as it were.

So the EBook is 58 pages and has a number of graphics plus a load of stats in a google spreadsheet on over 150 players for 2016/17.

The e book is in 9 key parts and is in the form of a PDF:

A quick introduction

There’s a reminder of the rules for FPL 2016/17 which I’ve copied and paraphrased from the FPL website

A pre GW1 team talk which mentions some of the ups and downs of playing and the season ahead. Almost like a motivational/expectations talk I guess?

A guide to doing your initial team for gameweek 1.

Some thoughts on managing your team over the course of the season

A detailed study of how 10 top FPL managers I followed last season performed

Some brief words on Sky Sports fantasy football and the Sun Dream Team game

Key Stats for last season on 150+ players

A summary/checklist of the book for easy reference

The book has taken a number of weeks to write so I have asked for a small charge of £3 which I hope you understand.

There’s a link below to go to the shop to buy it. I’m not selling it anywhere else by the way.  You’ll need a pay pal account to buy it.  It’s the first thing I’ve tried to sell on the site so if you have any issues please email me at fantasyfootballgeek@hotmail.co.uk
