Here’s my Barclays fantasy premier league team for game week 4.
I’ve transferred out Mata for Cazorla who is home to Southampton. Attractive as that may seem in the short term it gives me a real problem for game week 5. Unless something drastic happens Hazard will be the overwhelming captain choice for game week 5 as United are away to Liverpool and City are home to Arsenal. Chelsea are home to Stoke. I have gone in to this transfer knowing that I will have to have a battle of extreme nerve or take a 4 point hit to put hazard in next week to avoid a 30 point swing against me. Unfortunately with doubts over Mata playing at QPR and NZogbia I felt it was necessary to transfer Mata out as a £9.0m player on the bench didn’t seem wise. To rectify the game week 5 hazard position would have required a 4 point hit this week which seemed a waste to get a player in away to QPR .
This is going to be an interesting week.
