My fantasy premier league wildcard gameweek 33 – one final change.
I’ve convinced myself to make 1 final change that being Clyne out for Distin in. The reason being is that I think Everton have to have a reasonable chance for a clean sheet against QPR so it makes sense from that perspective. In addition the only real path to Bale returning is to take out Cazorla for him. With Spurs at home to City and Fulham at home to Arsenal it makes sense to leave the transfer until after GW34. Therefore I can spend my reserve cash. In doing so I’ve put Demel on the bench as Nastasic at home to Wigan , with Kompany back in the side, should be a nailed on clean sheet. In the event that Nastasic doesn’t play due to the FA Cup semi(and in doing so he’s unlikely to be a sub having never come on as sub all season) then I have a DGWer as cover plus a defender at £4.0m with relatively good fixtures to the end of the season in a very defensive minded team.
