The Sky Sports fantasy football overhaul is like the wildcard as it allows you to make unlimited transfers for a defined period. That is until 12.30 on the 24th February (tomorrow as I write this on Friday)
At the moment the season could be going better after finishing 34 overall last season. My overall rank is 6,744 although after the overhaul is finished I have 18 transfers still left so I’m hoping that’s more than most and I’ll be able to use them to gain some ground at least.
The FA Cup related premier league postponements dates have yet to be given so long term captain planning isn’t feasible. However with a decent number of transfers in reserve I’m hoping I can use them as needed.
I’ve gone down a different route than usual looking at a cheap defence, a strong midfield and 2 strikers. I’ve started with 2 Liverpool and 2 Spurs players due to good fixtures in the short term. With a decent number of transfers I think this can offer more points potential to the end of the season.
Zanka was my filler at the end so I’m hoping he doesn’t hurt me too much. Huddersfield’s fixtures up to the final few games aren’t too bad.
I went for Ndidi as my only pass or tackle bonus player.
