Sky Sports Fantasy Football tips – a review so far and looking forward

So lets start by having a look at the FFGeek team:

sky...3.9team

So I’ve gone for the structure of cheap GK. Good defence.  4 big hitting captain options of Hazard, Payet (in theory), Aguero (now injured) and Ibrahimovic.  The 3 players using the pass and tackle bonus stat being Arter, Xhaka and Gueye.

I didn’t really have the team properly set up before the original gameweek 1 deadline so I’ve unfortunately used 6 transfers to get where I am now but I feel I can adjust the team only to injuries, players losing their place and captain rotation in  the short to medium term.

Aguero obviously needs to go for the suspension and injury he has.  See below that the captain rotation will probably show that Sanchez is a target here.  I also wonder if Arter is going to be the sacrifice for Wilshere which may need some attention.  Given the Everton need for a captain plan I could go for Aguero to Lukaku and Ozil for Payet.  That does give me an issue for GW6 Sunday though

The good thing about Sky Sports fantasy football is that planning your captain rotations if nothing else can go long way to

Captain rotation

Here we outline the best club options for each day of each gameweek

GW4 Saturday – Arsenal v Southampton

GW4 Sunday – Swansea v Chelsea

GW4 Monday – Swansea v Everton

GW5 Friday – Chelsea v Liverpool

GW5 Saturday – Hull v Arsenal, Man City v Bournemouth, Everton v Middlesborough

GW5 Sunday – Watford v Man Utd, Spurs v Sunderland

GW6 Saturday – Bournemouth v Everton, Liverpool v Hull, Swansea v Man City

GW6 Sunday – West Ham v Southampton

GW6 Monday – Burnley v Watford

GW7 Friday – Everton v C Palace

GW7 Saturday – Swansea v Liverpool, Hull v Chelsea

GW7 Sunday – Man Utd v Stoke, Burnley v Arsenal

So assuming Aguero becomes Sanchez it’s fairly good cover as captain at the moment.  Defour or Hedrick of Watford if they show pass or tackle bonus ofr Burnley could fill the 1 gap there in GW6.
