Here’s some value buys for double gameweek 36 – only looking at teams with 2 games
Defenders
Chelsea – Azpilicueta is easily the best value at £5.5m. Cole is more certain but is £7.3m in contrast
Man City – Nastasic or Zabaleta at £5.0m and £5.6m. Kompany is £8m in contrast
Swansea – Davies by a mile at £3.6m
Spurs – Dawson by a mile at £4.8m
WBA – Ridgewell at £5.2m is the best value
Wigan – Scharner at £3.8m by a mile
Midfielders
Chelsea – Oscar £5.8m (should play twice). Hazard is good value at £7.7m but wont play twice having played on Thursday. Mata by contrast is £8.9m
Man City – Nasri at £7.6m and YYT at £8.1m who picks up pass and tackle bonus points is also good value. Contrast Silva at £9.0m
Swansea – De Guzman is a great buy for pass and tackle bonus at £4.7m although its hard to look past Michu at £5.5m as the best value
Spurs – Bale is essential. No one else stands out
WBA – Dorrans at £5.0 is probably the best value
Wigan – McCarthy at £5.1m who picks up tackle and pass bonus points is the only option
Forwards
Chelsea – Neither Ba or Torres are likely to play twice
Man City – Not much in it so Aguero at £9.9m is the better choice
Swansea – No one plays
Spurs – Too hard to work out who will play but Defoe if he does at £7.8m is ok value
WBA – Lukaku at £6.2m is outstanding value
Wigan – No one is good value really.
Hope that gives some food for thought on Sky Sports fantasy football
