The Sun Euro Dream Team tips – a first go at a team
Ok so firstly here’s the team:
So I’ve tried to do a mixture of players for the entire first round and possibly later stages of the competition and the short term to take advantage of the 3 transfers per phase rule.
The front 3 in line with Sun Dream team is where I’ve invested all my cash especially with Northern Ireland first up for Lewandoski and Iceland first up for Ronaldo. Gotze could actually play up front for Germany and Pogba at the moment is just because I felt I should have someone French! I did flirt with the idea of Giroud instead of Muller but the idea of not having Muller scares me.
Arnautovic with Hungary first up seemed like the first round gamble although I could have gone with Shaqiri who’s got Albania first up.
In defence I went for 3 teams I think should perform defensively in France (Sagna) Germany ( the very cheap Hector) and Portugal (Patricio). Then it’s the short term gambles of Gilk of Poland who play Northern Ireland first up and Djourou of Switzerland who was a fit due to funds and plays Alabania first up. Rodriguez would be a safer choice.
That’s it hope it provides some food for thought. Remember there’s still 2 weeks to go so still plenty of time for friendlies and injuries to take shape. I’m still into my research so any comments are welcome. Good luck
