GW12 team review and plans for GW13

Ian introduces himself and talks about his overall FPL strategy.

The 4 of us talk about how we got on in GW12 and our plans for GW13 including transfers and captain thoughts

Question time

We answer of a few questions from the FFGeek Slack Channel

Do any of you take any measures to keep your own biases / overmanagment in check? For example a list of do’s and don’ts.  Do either of you do anything like this.

What is your preferred Liverpool strategy for the next few weeks? Are you worried by the niggly injuries to Salah and Robbo? Do you think Klopp will start to more rigidly manage the whole squad’s gametime?

Is now a good time to start beefing up the quality of the bench players. We have seen a lot of bench points drop in already this season and it may also help with rotation with 9 gameweeks to follow in the next 40 days ?

How many Man City assets are you planning to include from now and which ones ? Are De Bruyne and Sterling dispensable

The way Leicester attack is over-performing their xG (by more than 13 goals as of GW 12), do you guys think a defensive double up will be a more sustainable strategy in the long run than an attacking double up?

Geek can you talk about how you use Understat.com

Suggest some differentials for the upcoming weeks lets say under 10% ownership

Should we pay the extra to go Jimenez over Ings? Southamptons fixtures are excellent so could we go for the cheaper option and then reassess after that.

Thinking of risking captaining Jimenez over  Vardy.  Any thoughts

The teams as of GW12

We each critique each others teams and say what we would do for this weeks transfer.
