Introduction
This article consists of a schedule ranking forwards based on their underlying stats over the season of the season. xG and xA per game are converted to FPL attacking points. Stats are from the excellent free site FBREF Players injured or suspended or with significant gametime risk are excluded from the schedule.
Player values and stats were as of Tuesday 26 April.
There’s also their FPL points per match as well as their value for money rating. The higher the better. Above 10 is the gold standard.
The rankings are purely mathematical and there is no adjustment for fixtures coming up or the amount of additional games or blanks. The attacking players fixture ease schedule is below
The Patreon version of the article has Joe’s Transfer Planner and Points Prediction Models highest scoring forwards until the end of the season. The Planner runs an FPL team with an overall rank of 4k. It works!
The ranking schedule
As I said above the rankings are based on their xG and xA per game converted to FPL attacking points
There is no adjustment to a players rank for fixtures upcoming or blanks or potential doubles. See transfer suggestions below for the best players to transfer in from the schedule

Transfer suggestions for GW35
Here I’ve tried to pick players who ideally have good form, fixtures and an entry point as well as producing consistent underlying stats recently. The quality is poor though
Kane – and hope the last 2 games were an abberation
Werner – again for the double GW36
Nketiah – small sample so impossible to know actual sustainable level. DGW36 and hope he holds his place.
Watkins – A fixture punt only for Norwich next and 2 doubles to follow. Hope he takes pens too.
Jesus – brave the rotation for the fixtures.
The fixture ease schedule
The fixture ease schedules ranks the attacking teams by the ease of the defensive teams they face.
