Introduction

It’s worth noting that the teams shown may not necessarily end up being the final teams or the transfers may have been made in the days prior to the posting . It’s an informal situation to give you an idea of trends. However the FFGeek team and the Contributor tracker team mentioned above on the FFGeek Patreon site all make transfers as articles are posted. So you’re always up to date and live

Note I am changing from FPL average to the post hits 12 top Managers average  who have finished in the top 10K the last 3 seasons that I follow

The points are before the Thursday Spurs v Arsenal GW36 game

I will also endeavour to put the final drafts on the FFGeek Patreon site

Alon Shamir

Alon’s last 5 seasons overall ranks are 44k, 1k, 123k, 4k and 2k

KEVIN DE BRUYNE!!!

That unbelievable performance from De Bruyne (along with a successful bench boost) has been the main factor to push me from 40K to 7K OR (the Spurs-Arsenal match could still change things a bit though). I’m so proud to have gone with my gut many times this season, even when it meant taking a serious risk. Unlike the consensus among most FPL managers, I always try to make the best move disregarding any effective ownership consideration. And it payed off massively.

I now have one last chip to use – Free Hit. To be honest I’m not sure whether it’s better to use it this week or the next. This week it enables capitalizing on the double gameweekers and next week it could enable avoiding rotation and choosing players who still have something to play for.

As things stand I lean towards using it this week. I’m not going full power on the double gameweekers though, since there are many single gameweekers who have very good fixtures.

Transfer summary: Free Hit to be activated

This is how my current draft looks like. Bench would be some order of Holgate, Tsimikas and Gelhardt
