Matchday 2 review

Here’s the points:
A very disappointing gameweek that started well and then went downhill very quickly
I used the limitless Chip if you haven’t seen my MD2 team article.
The Captain situation says it all about the gameweek. No goal or assists from my 4 captains in Insigne, Lukaku, Kane and Mbappe
Anyway time to move on to Matchday 3
Matchday 3
I’m using my wildcard for MD3.
Here’s the team:
So the Italian players are subject to the Lineup which we will see at 4pm. I put Chiesa in as I think he may get a run out. Otherwise I could switch to Berardi if he continues to start.
I don’t think Malen will start but the Netherlands have a good fixture against North Macedonia and he could potentially do damage from the bench and I couldn’t come up with a good £6m alternative. The closest I came up with was Croatia’s Petrovic but even he isn’t guaranteed to start
Another filler was Safonov who was the best £4.0m GK I could come up with. Seferovic has fairly good Goalscoring odds at £2.50 so he went in.
Continuing on the filler theme is Alaba as I couldn’t really come up with a much better £5.5m midfielder.
I may make changes depending on the Italian lineup
