I have made a few changes to my initial team outlined below:
I have been monitoring the friendlies over the weekend and have noticed 1 major issue in my squad – De Jong has not been starting up front for Holland. Memphis Depay seems to be the main striker and has been in great form scoring in both games so I have swapped De Jong out for Depay.
To fund this I had to sacrifice my defence. I have came away from high price attacking full backs and switched to centre backs. I have stuck with the same teams and gone for Denayer instead of Muenier, Bonucci instead of Florenzi (I could have gone for Spinazzola but there is a rotation risk with Emerson), and Wijndal for Dumfries. I think Wijndal might be a full back but he has started the last 2 friendlies so have gone for him due to the price.
The last change I made was my goalkeeper – Lindner was excluded from the Austria squad so I have switched to Schmeichel for the same price. Captain plan remains the same but now gives me an extra option in Depay.
