Player transfer in suggestions
I’m generally looking for players who have a good entry point, good fixtures to the end of the season and have a value for money factor of 10 or close to. That can be flexed if the player is a captain option for you
Salah and Jota
Liverpool have a great run of fixtures coming up where Salah could easily be the captain favourite in all 3 games for me. He’s been consistent recently with 3 goals and an assist in his last 4 starts returning in each of the games.
Jota has blanked in his last 4 but his underlying stats in 3 of those games have been fantastic. Klopp has only once played all 4 attackers since Jota came back from injury so there’s always a risk with Jota especially that he will be benched. He does have a pretty good record off the bench though if that helps
Lingard
Has been poor in the last 3 games in which he’s blanked and the underlying stats were also poor. Although Brighton have been excellent defensively they will be missing Dunk and likely Veltman who would have been the replacement for Dunk in the back 3. Overall since coming to West Ham he has been fantastic so it just depends if you think those 3 games are the end of the Lingard joyride or not. After Brighton the fixtures are WBA and Southampton which are very tempting.
Raphinha
Been a consistently good performer with good underlying stats. Came off the bench in GW35 after coming back from injury.
Sigurdsson
Any player with Sheff Utd next, especially one with penalty duties, is going to attract some attention. Sigurdsson is no more than a Sheff Utd punt though given that he’s only had 1 returning game in his last 7 starts. Personally I prefer Calvert Lewin as my Everton attacking representation but if you wanted to double up he could be an option.
