THE BANDWAGONS
DE BRUYNE
It was his 2nd consecutive goal and assist return against Bournemouth and the 4th consecutive game where he has returned a goal or assist. Making a mockery of a supposed deeper position. Good underlying stats although mixed fixtures to come plus European games. Seems a pretty critical part of the team though which should ensure minimal rotation
Next 6 premier league fixtures

West Brom (A)

CAPOUE
The crazy start to the season continues where the player who has scored 1 goal in his last 57 games before this season is the top point scorer in FPL. He has 4 goals and an assist in his first 5 games returning in 4 of them. It’s true he is playing further forward than last season but there’s no underlying stats to back this up. He does have some set piece representation but it’s questionable whether his conversion of chances can continue. The real question though is whether he is a 5th midfielder bench option or a genuine 4th midfielder. The fixtures though mean that if you are ever going to take him as a 4th midfielder now is the time especially with Burnley and Bournemouth next.
Burnley (A)
Bournemouth (H)
Middlesbrough (A)
Swansea (A)
Hull (H)
Liverpool (A)
STERLING
A goal and assist against Bournemouth in GW5 makes it 3 goals and 3 assists returning in 4/5 games so far. These are backed up by pretty good underlying stats too. Great value and plays in the more advanced midfield position than say KDB. Nolito’s suspension will certainly help his gametime. Mixed fixtures
Swansea (A)
Spurs (A)
Everton (H)
Southampton (H)
West Brom (A)
Middlesbrough (H)
AGUERO
Back from his ban this weekend. 3 goals in his first 3 games. Fantastic underlying stats. The best forward in the league and a regular captain option. Nothing else is needed to say
Swansea (A)
Spurs (A)
Everton (H)
Southampton (H)
West Brom (A)
Middlesbrough (H)
ANTONIO
A goal in the humiliating loss to WBA makes it 5 goals in the first 5 games and he has returned a goal or assist in 4 of those first 5 games. There’s no doubt in my mind the West Ham AM is the real deal. His ability to get into the box is remarkable. His underlying stats show that this is definitely no fluke. Good fixtures
Southampton (H)
Middlesbrough (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Sunderland (H)
Everton (A)
Stoke (H)
THE SINKING SHIPS

HAZARD
After returning in his first 3 games for 2 goals and an assist he has now gone 2 games without either. This with tricky fixtures and other alternatives has seen a mass of sales. He certainly seems to be stationed quite wide which is causing him problems in being in good scoring positions when he gets the ball. However the underlying shooting stats are still pretty good.
Arsenal (A)
Hull (A)
Leicester (H)
Man Utd (H)
Southampton (A)
Everton (H)
NEGREDO
1 goal and 2 assists in his first 2 games has been followed by 3 blanks subsequent to that. No underlying shooting stats either to hang your hat on for a return to the goals. Fixtures are mixed too which don’t help.
Spurs (H)
West Ham (A)
Watford (H)
Arsenal (A)
Bournemouth (H)
Man City (A)
IBRAHIMOVIC
4 goals and an assisT returNing in 4 of the 5 opening games. Very good underlying stats back this up. Hold on shouldn’t he be in the bandwagons? The fixtures are a little mixed, Man Utd were very unimpressive against City and especially Watford. Also, the way to get Aguero back as well as other expensive players with good fixtures seems to be the reasoning
Leicester (H)
Stoke (H)
Liverpool (A)
Chelsea (A)
Burnley (H)
Swansea (A)
NOLITO
How do you get yourself sent off with minutes to go and your team 4 goals up. Incredible. Suspended until GW8
Swansea (A)
Spurs (A)
Everton (H)
Southampton (H)
West Brom (A)
Middlesbrough (H)
BARKLEY
Did play well against Middlesboro but if you blank 3 games in a row then you’re always going to see massive sales. Good underlying stats and Bournemouth and Palace next would be the case for holding
Bournemouth (A)
Crystal Palace (H)
Man City (A)
Burnley (A)
West Ham (H)
Chelsea (A)
