Fantasy premier league double gameweek 37 – my imaginary wildcard

Fantasy Premier League

Here’s my picks for fantasy premier league double gameweek 37 imaginary wildcard.

Fantasy premier league double gameweek 37 – my imaginary wildcard

I’ve just given brief notes.  See more detail in my “ones to watch” articles

Here’s the team:

gw37ffg

Mannone

I’ve gone for Mannone as my choice for DGW37 GK.  With a great save point  record and clean sheet potentia in the home game to WBA he’s the best bet for me

Man Utd (A)  DGW37
West Brom (H)  DGW37
Swansea (H)

Schwarzer

This is just a punt that Cech doesn’t recover for GW38 away to Cardiff where Chelsea has a great chance of a clean sheet.

Norwich (H)
Cardiff City (A)

Chester

The value defender for Hull although they do have tricky fixtures

Aston Villa (A)  DGW37
Man Utd (A)  DGW37
Everton (H

Evra

Picking a defender who will play 2 games for United isn’t easy.  I’ve gone for Evra as the best prospect for 2 games

Sunderland (H)  DGW37
Hull City (H)  DGW37
Southampton (A)

Azpilicueta

Home to Norwich and away to Cardiff are defensive gold for Chelsea.  Azpilicueta is the value option.  Go for Ivanovic for the more attacking option.

Norwich (H)
Cardiff City (A)

Flanagan

A bench option for DGW37 but good to come off the bench for the home game to goal shy Newcastle

Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)

Olsson

With McAuley a doubt Olsson is the best option in the choice of WBA defenders.  Good game for a clean sheet in the last game home to Stoke

Arsenal (A)  DGW37
Sunderland (A)  DGW37
Stoke City (H)

Amalfitano

The cheapie DGW37 option of choice for me.  In great form.

Arsenal (A)  DGW37
Sunderland (A)  DGW37
Stoke City (H)

YYT

A must have for the DGW.  Will have pens when Aguero off the field.

Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

Mata

The best midfield choice for Man Utd after his recent exploits.  Hard to see him not starting after his exploits at home to Norwich

Sunderland (H)  DGW37
Hull City (H)  DGW37
Southampton (A)

Nasri

Don’t get me wrong I’m a huge Silva fan but there has to be some doubt over whether he will play 2 games despite being fit so I’ve gone for Nasri

Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

Hazard

A huge gametime risk given that he returned from injury midweek.  However this is the type of game where any score is possible from Hazard if he plays.  May just have a point to prove after the criticism received from Mourinho this week

Norwich (H)
Cardiff City (A)

Wickham

With all the issues over Rooney being an injury doubt I’ve avoided him for the form striker in fantasy premier league.  Only Rooney himself has scored more points in the last 5 games.

Man Utd (A)  DGW37
West Brom (H)  DGW37
Swansea (H)

Aguero

Another City must have.  Will have pens and with City really in the hunt seems certain to start.

Everton (A)  DGW37
Aston Villa (H)  DGW37
West Ham (H)

Suarez

No DGW37 but has to be in your team for the GW38 game home to Newcastle where the score could be anything

Crystal Palace (A)
Newcastle (H)
