The fixtures

Firstly here is the updated fixtures for DGW33 from the fantasy premier league site:

fpl..gw33fixtures

So Everton have 2 fixtures:  Watford (a) and C Palace (a)

Palace have Norwich (h) and Everton (h)

The DGW/BGW schedule and brief thoughts

So here’s our double gameweek and blank schedule updated.  I personally find this the easiest reference point for my DGWplanning

DGW33 (2 games)DGW34 (2 games)BGW35 (do play)DGW37 (2 games)

Man CityMan City

West HamWest Ham

C PalaceC Palace

So this does complicate things.  Loading up with Palace and Everton players causes the problem in that both clubs  have no fixtures in GW35.  So if your plan is to wildcard in GW33 and then bench boost in GW34 (as you can’t use them both in the same gameweek) that will have a knock on effect for other clubs with games in DGW34 but none in GW35.  That’s most notably, West Ham and Man Utd.

On the other hand it makes the decision whether to wildcard for DGW34 and DGW37 simpler. 2 DGWs next to each other has to sway the decision to focus your wildcard on DGW34.
