Firstly here’s the team. The transfer unfortunately involved aa 4 point hit.
Shaqiri out – Surman in
Payet out – Ozil in

With the following fixtures coming up and Ozil’s form he seemed the logical choice this week
West Brom (A)
Norwich (A)
Sunderland (H)
Aston Villa (A)
Man City (H)
Southampton (A)
While WBA could be tricky the 3 after that couldn’t be better so Ozil in it was.
Ultimately I want to get Aguero and an Arsenal defender in. To do that KDB will have to be sacrificed as well as probably Pelle after this week. That will give me enough cash to get one of the Arsenal defenders home to Sunderland and leave me with enough money for a cheap 4th midfielder unfortunately. Probably someone like Lanzini. Next week I’ll probably go for Aguero although that depends on his minutes this week. A full 90 away to Juve in the week may make me delay another week.
I did go through a number of permutations to get to the same place although they were mainly about the order ofthe transfers and avoiding a 4 pointer. However this and a 4 pointer next week seemed to be the best route. I hate 4 point hits but it seemed impossible to get Ozil in for Norwich and Aguero in for next week without 2 hits. Especially if I wanted an Arsenal defender for Sunderland home. Surman was brought in just to provide the maximum funds for future transfers. With the amount of injuries this season I would have liked Lanzini as a 5th midfielder but cash is too tight for that. I’m trying to avoid them if possible but it will probably be one next week as well for Aguero.

Only question was Moreno or Richards. I thought Moreno at least had some attacking potential so he got the nod over Richards.

Gone with the polls and it’s Lukaku for me. I went for Pelle as vice just for certainty of turning up.
