Fantasy premier league gameweek 30 – the bandwagons and sinking ships

Fantasy Premier League

Here’s the fantasy premier league gameweek 30 bandwagons and sinking ships ie the 3 most transferred players in and out for the gameweek

Bandwagons

Bale

Not surprising given his form and the upcoming fixture at home to Fulham who are not know for their away defence.   Great returns recently and backing that up with the best stats in the last 6 gameweeks he’s an essential player for your team irrespective of the fact that the fixtures for spurs arent great (13t on fixture ease). The quality of the opposition isn’t a decisive factor in Bale’s selection.  its a BUY for me

Suarez

In underlying stats and in returns when playing there’s a case for saying you could have Sturridge over Suarez and I was certainly becoming persuaded of that case to bring in some money for other areas of my team.  However recent returns, Sturridges propensity for injury and the fact that I’m finding it difficult to leave out of my team the player who leads or is 2nd in all categories of the striker underlying stats means its a BUY for me.

De Gea

4 clean sheets in a row, a £5.6m price tag and the only defensive player certain to start apart from  the very expensive Evra means this is a great selection now that he’s nailed the starting position.  Utd defence improving in underlying stats as well and next game is home to Reading.  Its a BUY for me.

The sinking ships

Lambert

Way ahead of everyone else.  Triggered by no returns against Norwich and the rise of the Belgians Benteke and Lukaku no doubt as the mid priced favourites.  Also there will be some holds from the recent double gameweek who are selling.  No returns in his last 2 but its 12 goals and 7 assists for the season and he’s just showing up in the shooting stats.  He also has pen duties.   Saints also have some of the best fixtures, being 2nd in the fixture league schedule for gameweek 30.  I would choose Lukaku and Benteke before him but this is a HOLD for me apart from that

Michu

Apart from the QPR game hasn’t scored in his last 9 and the fixtures are terrible for Swansea so it should be a sell right, especially as he’s shown a propensity to score against the poor teams rather than the better ones.  Well I’m not in the sell camp yet, he’s still in 3rd in the last 6 shooting stats and 5th in the last 3 so I’m keeping the faith for the moment.  Any drop in this will see an immediate sell but for now its a HOLD.

Lennon

Down to an injury doubt I suspect.  Personally with the fixtures Bale would be enough Spurs attacking coverage for me for this reason plus the injury doubt its a SELL for me although if I thought he was going to play I wouldn’t sell before a Fulham home game

That’s it for the bandwagons and sinking ships in fantasy premier league gameweek 30
