Here’s just a quick post to say that I decided to make more transfers in order to make life bearable this weekend. It was just too difficult to leave any longer as it would have then forced me into transfers I didn’t want to do

In the end I decided not having Sanchez just had too much negative rank adjustment potential with him looking like he was going to be a huge captain choice for the weekend at home to Stoke. I have to say I’m not absolutely sure he will even play given that he has Basel tomorrow and then Everton next Tuesday but in the end decided that the points hit were necessary to avoid the worst case with Sanchez on the weekend going crazy against Stoke.

Walcott was the natural choice to go with Firmino home to West Ham. Then it was either Williams, the injured Stanislas or Austin that had to make away. There were no perfect choices here that’s for sure. Neither Stanislas or Williams could fund anyone of note and Austin I didn’t really want to leave. So in the end I went for Williams going with Ake in. Everton have Arsenal and Liverpool after Watford so you have to think that clean sheet prospects are fairly minimal. I’m not sure Ake will even hold his place when Daniels returns this weekend unfortunately. Coming into Christmas is not the time to have non playing team members with rotation bound to be rife but it seems unavoidable. Lets just hope Sanchez doesn’t get injured tomorrow.
