Here’s some early FFGeek team thoughts in this fantasy premier league GW33 article. A short article this week concentrating on how both teams performed as both teams are now using their wildcard.

So firstly it’s important to remind you I’m continuing with my 2 team theme as a result of my accidental free hit chip being used in GW23.
Team 1 is the team with the free hit chip lost.
Team 2 has the free hit team intact and was cloned from one of my alternate FFGeek teams to be my original team through a -28 point hit.
Team 2 is to help people who were following my original team as a reference point so they can continue doing so.
Team 1 will help those people who used their free hit chip earlier in the season.
Both teams require totally different strategies to navigate through the potential blank and double gameweeks up coming

GW32 PERFORMANCE – FREE HIT LOST TEAM
GW32 points: 50 (average 48) Total points 1,906 Gameweek rank 2,510k Overall Rank: 31k red arrow 6k Team Value: £102.9m
Here’s the team points from the gameweek. 50 points. Ranked worsening to 31k OR with a 6k red arrow
So the gameweek could have been worse on rank movement considering my gameweek rank and proximity to the average. Could have been better if I had followed my conclusions and listened to the analysis in my captain article which said Aubameyang was the better captain option.
I guess holding off has given me a bit more information and certainly Kane’s fitness is easier to make a decision over now than it was if I had wildcarded in GW32 but there’s no escaping the fact that GW32 wildcarders scored far better than me this week in both teams.
Wildcard week
So you may have already read that I’ve activated my wildcard although just to capture a couple of price rises rather than anything serious. Today I will have a proper go at both teams. This team is the trickiest as I have to navigate the blank GW35 without a free hit.
The plan is to WC this week. Triple captain in GW34, probably Lukaku, and bench boost in GW37. I just can’t transition between 34 and 35 if I try and get 15 bench boosters for DGW34
There’s no point in showing you the team without transfers due to the wildcard
Captain thoughts
I think this week it’s either going to be Aubameyang or Salah for the captain armband.
GW32 PERFORMANCE – FREE HIT INTACT TEAM
This team is as if I didn’t make an accidental free hit ie the same as my original team and was cloned from one of my alternate FFGeek teams to be my original team through a -28 point hit. I will keep it to show how I would have navigated through the blanks with all the chips intact. I think that will be helpful for those who were using my original team as a reference point
GW32 points: 51 (average 48) Total points 1,832 Gameweek rank 2,310k Overall Rank: 181k red arrow 14k Team Value: £101.7m

So similar issues really to the above team although the performance of Lingard was a real positive and he could easily be in both wildcard teams
The plan is to keep using the WC activated this week, Bench Boost in DGW34, free hit in 35 and triple captain Kane in 37.
