So a pretty irrelevant lineup and as they have another game against Barcelona hopefully we’ll see the full team then and whether £4.5m Chambers starts in def.  We may also see how Pepe and Ceballos fit in and possibly change how they set up

Could easily be the starting 11 apart from the missing Kante and Willian. That’s interesting from many angles.  Zouma at £5.0m as well as Emerson at £5.5m although the overall last couple of defensive performances would have made those shiver who hold defensive assets.  Kante back would help but there’s no guarantee he’ll be starting GW1.

£6.0m Mid Barkley and £7.5m mid Pulisic were the stars Barkley adding 2 assists to his penalty which was interesting with Abraham on the pitch.  Pulisic looked very dangerous on the break.

Whether £7.0m fwd Abraham has the nod as CF is questionable.  Conflicting reports are attached but I didn’t think much on the video.

Last game Monchengladbach

Liverpool 3 Lyon 1

Goals;  Firmino AndersonOG  Wilson

Liverpool: Alisson (Mignolet 62′); Hoever (Van den Berg 46′, Alexander-Arnold 62′), Gomez (Matip 62′), Lovren (Van Dijk 62′), Larouci (Robertson 62′); Lallana (Henderson 62′), Keita (Lewis 46′, Wijnaldum 62′), Shaqiri (Milner 30′, Fabinho 62′); Salah (Duncan 46′, Elliott 62′), Wilson (Oxlade-Chamberlain 62′), Firmino (Brewster 30′, Origi 62′)

Subs not used: Lonergan

A meaningless lineup and game from an FPL point of view and that doesn’t even matter as we have the Community Shield anyway from that perspective.  However Salah got 46 minutes, Allison 62 and Firmino 30.  This is Anfield gave Gomez MOTM which may help solve the VVD £5.5m partner.
