The next suspension cut off date is the 2nd Sunday in April inclusive ie 13 April. That means you need to get through to GW35 without accumulating 10 bookings otherwise you get a 2 game ban. Domestic cup bookings count to the total but European bookings don’t. You can serve a ban in a domestic cup game.
