It’s an informal situation to give you an idea of trends. GW12 Review

Points 81 giving a rise from 84k to 57k

Another good week overall despite the fact I transferred Rudiger out! My logic was the Livramento/White rotation would match him over the long term however that couldn’t have got off to a worse start. I will stick with it for now though as Rudiger’s ceiling is normally lower. Goals are pretty rare for him.

Cancelo, Trent and Chilwell did the business. Captain Salah, Jota (who I transferred in). Toney (finally), Ronaldo assist and Gallagher assist the returners. Antonio, Steele, Livramento the blankers.

GW13 Preview

1 FT and 0 ITB. Originally the plan had been Ronaldo to Kane for a few weeks before switching back. I now have potential injuries/illnesses to Raphinha and Jota as well as yesterday’s injury to Chilwell. Antonio’s form/recent stats are also transfer out material. So whilst Kane in is still my preferred transfer I’ll be waiting to hear news on Raphinha/Jota/Chilwell.

The injury to Ben Chilwell though seems the most likely mean he doesn’t play this week given Raphinha and Jota have been training. Therefore I’m likely to do Chilwell out to either Alonso or Rudiger in. Then it will be a case as to whether I spend 4 points on the Kane transfer although again that also depends on the Raphinha/Jota fitness

Longer term I’ll want Ronaldo back, and also would like Bowen from GW16 in place of Raphinha due to the fixture swing. I can imagine I’ll downgrade Toney at some point as well but is not a priority while there are so many fixtures.

Captain Salah and Antonio benched over Toney this week. White over Livramento. Team below prior to any changes.

Good luck all.

Transfer summary: to be confirmed

Costas Chari

Costas’s last 5 seasons were 191k, 17k, 84k, 29k and 27k

Not the ideal week especially after an International Break where I was buzzing that the Premier League was back. A 15k red arrow is irrelevant at my rank and maybe only a couple of points difference to a green but the red still does not look or feel good!

I invested a lot in the Spurs attack and a got burnt. Doubling up on Kane and Son vs a dismantled Leeds team looked like a dream on paper but to be fair Spurs did not look the part especially in the first half. Hopefully they return to delivering points and I can start my revival! No matter how bad the season has started you only need a couple of gameweeks to get you back on track! Hopefully there will be a lot of gameweeks to follow in the next few weeks.

With Chilwell being injured I have already completed the Chilwell out and James in transfer.

Captain this week is Salah with the vice captaincy on Trent Alexander Arnold!!

Transfer summary: Chilwell out and James in completed
