to win vs Cape Verde 91%. Clean sheet 65%
to win vs Saudi Arabia 91%. Clean sheet 69%
Player comment
Yamal is an injury doubt to start v Cape Verde and that has knock ons for Williams (who himself is a doubt) and Olmo and to a lesser degree it seems for Torres. I imagine Olmo and Williams start if Yamal doesn’t and Williams is fit.
Llorente was 3-1 in 4 prediction sites and seems the favourite. Cubarsi and Cucurella are the cheapest options in defence at $5.0m and $5.1m respectively
There is a final friendly on Monday 8 June vs Peru which will be very interesting. The last one v Iraq was no help except Williams wasn’t even in the squad as he is recovering from a hamstring injury and won’t feature v Peru apparently.
Portugal

to win vs Congo 80%. Clean sheet 57%
to win vs Uzbekistan 82%. Clean sheet 56%

3 of the 4 prediction sites had Leao and Bernardo starting and the latest friendly replicated that in a mostly first team lineup.
The defence however only had 2 of the expected back 4 and crucially not Inacio who is the cheapest at $4.6m and only def under 5%

Germany

to win vs Curacao 96%. Clean sheet 69%
to win vs Ivory Coast 65%. Clean sheet 44%

The front 4 looks very clear.
The cheap option and 5% option at LB is not clear with Brown starting in the last friendly over Raum.
Kimmich inverting into midfield looks the attacking option. Both CBs are under 5% owned

The only question of note appears to be Cherki or Doue. Its 2/2 in 4 prediction sites but Cherki started in the last friendly. I more to go on Monday the 8th
Upamecano is the cheapest defender at $5.3m and the only one under the 5% threshold

to win vs Morocco 64%. Clean sheet 47%
to win vs Haiti 93%. Clean sheet 65%

The Wesley injury means that £4.3m Danilo (0.6%) is the likely player to start at RB by all accounts. He also came on for Wesley when he went off injured in the last friendly
3 of the front 4 seem settled although the last friendly played (there are no more) Thiago played CF. Paqueta the other attacking spot. Douglas played LB and Gabriel was presumably rested. This confusion means stick to Vinny or Raphinha
Switzerland

to win vs Qatar 83%. Clean sheet 59%
to win vs Bosnia 62%. Clean sheet 49%

No more friendlies and in the last one Vargas didn’t start due to a minor injury although expected to start v Qatar.
That leaves $7.5m 2.5% Fwd Embolo as the safe attacking option. Xhaka has been a popular with engaged managers due to tackles and chances created. He may also take pens although Embolo is also in the frame. Xhaka is 4.9% owned at the moment.
Colombia

to win vs Uzbekistan 75%. Clean sheet 57%
to win vs Congo 69%. Clean sheet 57%

A strong consensus on the lineup here and mirrored by their last pre WC friendly v Jordan with Arias scoring twice in a 2-0 win. Puerta started over Rios but seems like it was experimental
Mojica is the value in defence at $3.9m and 3.9%. Munoz the attacking option for me at $4.6m and 8.9%. Interestingly ex Spurs CB Davinson Sanchez has the best anytime score odds .
Argentina

to win vs Algeria 71%. Clean sheet 54%
to win vs Austria 60%. Clean sheet 45%

A pretty settled side. Molina $4.4m and 3.7% seems the best defensive option with the best scoring odds. Pretty close on best price too.
Last friendly wasn’t helpful for lineup guidance but another on Tuesday v Iceland
England

to win vs Ghana 77%. Clean sheet 54%

A pretty consistently predicted team with only 1 of the 5 sites dissenting on Gordon and 2 on Rogers instead of Bellingham
O’Reilly at $4.7m (12.7%) is the cheapest defender. He’s also the favourite to score by some distance
The NZ friendly didn’t represent what the first team would be but we get to see them v Costa Rica on Wednesday on what you’d imagine is a first strength team
Belgium

Belgium’s lineup in their last friendly before the WC starts. A 5-0 win over Tunisia WC Fantasy $5.6m Mid (0.8%) De Ketelaere started > Lukaku at CF and scored. Previous predicted lineups don’t have him nailed though Predicted lineups are all over the place on Defence Meunier at $4.8m and 0.8% is the safe choice De Cuyper has been bracketed with Castagne who started v Tunisia
